One of the finest bun butter I ever had in this area ... varki you get pure veg varki ... wood based oven since British Era... I will recommend this one if you want authentic taste ..

The place is just OK,the snacks very average the locals are happy with the style.The hygiene is an important part which is neglected, the glasses and cups need to be scrubbed well,the walls too.I would say a hot cup of tea with some hot spicy savoury would be fine.I wouldn't recommend it to all.The sitting arrangement is poor and often the guests scatter used paper on which the snacks are served.. The oil used for frying ought to be checked especially the calorie conscious and cholesterol fearing lot..

The best place to buy authentic Nilgiris varkees . Jam roll is a must try. It's the only oldest bakery run for 4 generations by a single family. The buns and bread are simply awesome. The beauty that this bakery offers is that it gives discount on puffs for school children at a flat rate of rupees 5 per vegetable puffs . As far as I know there is no other bakery that does so. I'm a regular customer . Lovely place Keep up the good work

They used to make great cup cakes/ muffins, about 10-20 years ago, but couldn't get them in my last 2 visits.
