The food was decent -- it tasted fine and was freshly made, but there were no standout dishes. One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of variety on the menu. Options were very limited, which might be disappointing if you're looking for something specific or different. There was no air conditioning, making the environment quite stuffy and hot, especially during the daytime. It's clearly not designed for a relaxed dining experience. It seems more like a quick stopover for travelers than a proper sit-down restaurant. Another thing I noticed was the constant arrival of buses. It's a popular stop for tour and travel buses. Overall, if you're just passing through and need a quick, affordable meal, this spot might be fine. But don't expect variety, comfort, or an enjoyable atmosphere. It serves a purpose, but not much more.

Generally, private travel bus food stops are not that great. But this hotel is really good. All food items are available: tiffins, fried rice, coffee, tea, bakery items, and juices. The hotel cleaning and service are all good. However, the taste of the chapathi sherva was not that good and can be improved.

The karupatti coffee flavour were rich and well-balanced. The dishes were fresh, and the ingredients seemed high quality. Loved the variety on the menu!"and more snacks variety like vaalai poo vadai, kaara panniyaram, sandwich, fresh juices and more sweets and savouries.

One of the finest authentic coffee shops with jaggery karupatti palm sugar based reasonable price. Halwa nellai jaggery awesome tea and coffee arokiya milk thick fat milk very . Very neat and clean place for having a short break while you were travelling. Plenty of parking slots and clean restrooms.

If you are tired of regular eateries and if you are on the Krishnagiri bypass, I would suggest this place. Here you can definitely find food and hot & cold beverages made out of organic jaggery and organic vegetables. We took a sweet jaggery cream bun, vaazaipoo vadai (banana flower vada), boiled masala groundnut, Goli Soda with differ flavours, Karupatti Coffee (Organic Jaggery), Seethapal Ice cream pot. All were unique and tased awesome. The ambience is awesome. Hygiene is top class. Customer service is the one which mesmerises me. Ample Parking place. There are a lot of options for snacks and sweets made out of organic items. Kudos NKC team

Food is excessive spicy, unnecessary costly with compare to quality, the quality they serve abd price they charge is not matching, don't go with good ambience, they add kaddipatta leaves in Paneer gravy dish, what a irony, Because of excess spiceness kids didn't eat the food, food quality is not that great it's overhyped
