We have went for lunch with my family . Ambience were nice and food taste was good .

We just had mutton Mandi, and the meat was too raw--it wasn't cooked properly, making it inedible. We informed the server, but they didn't respond. When we went to the billing counter, they told us the manager wasn't available and didn't take our complaint seriously. If you're looking for good Mandi, this place isn't recommended.

Really disappointment ,the Mutton meat was over cooked, the Mutton meat deaply fried in the oil ,not like that Mutton manthi like Mutton chukka manthi, and the cost full Mutton mandhi 1650 but half madhi 950 and the service also too bad

Went here 2 days before and I like the atmosphere, service they provide and food.

Wait for what ?? Night 9:00 PM, no body was there, but you have to wait .. ok Chicken is good and Mandhi is not up to the mark, the chutneys are with added colours .. somehow I finished the Mandhi with the help of the chutneys

The environment is clean. Food has a unique taste. Lamb is tender, soft and bbq. The only downside is waiting time during peak time.

AVOID ISTANBUL KITCHEN IN KUMBAKONAM AT ALL COSTS! False promises and poor customer service. Booked dinner for 1:30 PM after confirming with the staff, only to be told to wait outside in the scorching heat due to 'food parcel order processing.' No consideration for customers, no shade, no water, no courtesy. Staff gave false commitments and showed no empathy. Don't waste your time or suffer in the heat. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
