I had dinner at the London Grill N Shake with my family. They have a wonderful Atmosphere and a neat and clean restaurant. We have delicious food and are also satisfied with the value of Money.
The food was good, especially the Biryani. However, the restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to confusion, missed items, and delayed orders. The Peri Peri Chicken needed more cooking, and the sauce wasn't up to the mark. Overall, decent food but service needs improvement.
When I visit this place 2years back really it's so awesome but recently I visit with my family I feel bad because of the food and service everything very worst. If I order anything they said not available even I go early
Very disappointing experience. The service was the worst I've encountered -- they didn't even change the used water glasses. They served the chicken starter at the end of the dinner, which completely ruined the dining experience. What's even more unacceptable is how they treat guests. Party groups are clearly given priority, while regular customers are ignored or even insulted. It felt like we were not valued at all. Absolutely not worth it. I would never recommend this place.
Good place to be with friends and family. Enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Nandu soup was too good.
The ambience is one of a kind in Kumbakonam. The interiors are posh and nice. Some of their dishes are really good, but some others are below average. It's quite pricey when compared to the other restaurants in Kumbakonam, but they do have a lot of variety for you to choose from. They serve different dishes comprising squid, lamb, fish, chicken, prawn, mutton and egg. Their soups and Faloodas are really good.
Ambiance was wonderful and the taste is amazing. We order bbq,Naan roti, noodles and starters. Everything was wonderful and delicious. They have unique designs in the hotel and you definitely feel the different. Must visit spot.
Minus star option is not available. So hard to give even 1 star . Such a worst restaurant I ever seen in my life . Poor service to the core poor food taste . Ordered Briyani and had to wait for 1 hr then pissed off and went . Staters r so poor . Name Paathu yemandhu poirathinga LONDON nu adi ko hi vera GRILL N SHAKE NU ( oru vengayamum ila ) u guys shd learn to run a restaurant.
