This is a new find at Othakadai. Being a biryani lover, i was craving for Chennai style basmati biryani. Got 2 packs of 1kg biryani and chicken 65. Quantity was good enough with chunky chicken pieces and boiled eggs . Taste wise, I was more than satisfied. Locating the shop was challenging as it was in a small lane. Can't expect much of ambience. Overall, a worthy try. Update: Recent visit was disappointing. Looks like they have started using poor quality rice for a cost cut. Also biryani tasted like tomato rice. Chicken pieces are also a lot lesser when compared to my first visit.

It's pure Chennai style biryani from Rs 80 and it's so cheap bucket biryani and their combos are excellent that is very affordable. I'm so much lover for this biryani. They offer DELIVERY wherever u r. And they cook for functions too at affordable cost. Very good taste basmati Biryani.
All the Biryanis are equally good and flavourfull. They used long grain Basmati rice and absolutely fluffy and gives a nutty flavour.
