I orderd 8 chicken bucket but they only served with me 6 pieces, its an take away order. after raising a complaint also no reply from their side

I have ordered one meal burger and another single burger really taste is not good as expect i thought chicken is not cooked well its comes raw smell

Food taste is not as good as other franchises... foods are not hot but chilled(even smoky chicken was chill). I had to reheat them and had. Had to wait long to give the order and receive food

I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC.I arrived at 7:00 pm, but it took them a whole 30 minutes just to take my order, and another 40 minutes to finally serve it. By the time I got my food, it was already 8:10 pm. They seemed to only have one person taking orders, which made the whole process incredibly slow. To top it off, the tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care about cleaning them. The lack of management and basic cleanliness is disappointing. Videos are for reference...I won't be coming back here again.
