Courteous staff is the only reason for the four stars. There was a miscommunication with the order, and we were given two combo sandwiches instead of one. However, the staff handled it kindly and charged us for only one--really appreciate that gesture. The ground floor has seating where you can try various flavors of ice cream, which seems to have a good fan following. The first floor serves snacks, but the ambience there wasn't great. The dining space felt cramped, and cleanliness needs improvement. Taste-wise, don't expect the usual sandwich flavors. The French fries were disappointing in both quality and quantity. The dip served wasn't fresh and seemed to be straight out of the fridge..

Extremely disappointed with this outlet. I ordered a pizza combo via Swiggy with a promised delivery time of 45-50 minutes. Over an hour passed and still no delivery. Finally, I was informed that some items were not available -- this should have been communicated much earlier. Complete lack of professionalism and poor coordination with delivery platforms. Avoid this place if you value your time and expectations.

Taste is good, pricing is good but the fried chicken seems to have a lot more oil when compared to other places. The order takes a bit of time to be delivered. The atmosphere was good but the AC on the first floor doesn't seem to be working on multiple occasions

Surprising new flavors with good hospitality given by staffs... Had a chicken sandwich and some ice cream... Then had some takeaways too.. The chicken popcorn were awesome to have with our home food... It was hot and crispy and also delicious... And they have given so much of ice cream samples to taste... Everything was very nice... Finally we had a brownie and coffee flavor... and we did a take away of brownie and pista... Good combination recommended by the staff... He told that it was only 20 days old shop... Way to go guyzz.... Keep serving this best...

Worst experience, How could the owner kept a unknowledgeable small boy at reception? I payed money for French fries, but they don't have that, so I asked to return the money, but that small boy denied it. Oru kadai nadatha teryumaa teryaadhaa

Have been there plenty of times, lovely atmosphere. Great food, good vibes. Fried chicken here is great. Ice cream is the best of all, tons of flavours to choose.
