Hotel Aryaas madurai Food and Accommodation

One of worst experience I had today ! We were on the way to Pazhamudircholai, stopped by for breakfast. The service person inside was so rude to behave and shouting at guests. He never helped us clean the table to sit. We stepped out of the hotel and i asked for manager contact to complain. They never shared. If concerned person saw this review, please never appoint such a bad person at restaurants, he is not fit for service sector. We had a good food and we got best service at your neighbour hotel.

Worst hotel. Taste of the food is so horrible. Basic idly and dose is worst. Ven pongal is a night mare. And the server behaves like he is doing seva. Never ever go here. Bathrooms are very smelly poorly maintained

The room was poorly maintained, with the floor appearing dirty for an entire week. The hot water service was not available on time during the designated hours of 4:30 to 10:00 AM, and when it was available, the water was barely warm. This accommodation is not suitable for families, and we would not recommend it.

Rooms are okish.i booked Double bedroom with Ac for Rs.1500.Other lodges are more Than Rs.2000.but room service very worst.they never "service" for customers.dont expect more.

Hotel is good,we stayed for a day and they charged 1300 non ac room per day, room are good but bathroom are like old

Average Stay with Some Room for Improvement at Hotel Aaryas, Madurai I recently stayed at Hotel Aaryas in Madurai and while there were some good aspects, there's definitely room for improvement. On the positive side, the location is excellent - close to the Meenakshi Temple and several local eateries. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff ensured it was clean and tidy. The South Indian breakfast at the restaurant was also quite tasty. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The check-in process was slow, and the front desk staff seemed a bit disorganized. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was weak, which made it difficult to get any work done. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated and could use some renovation for a more comfortable experience. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance future guest experiences.

Restaurant food is horrible and they are not cleaning the glasses, spoons properly even informed to supervisor but he is not ready to listen. Definitely kitchen has to inspected for cleanliness by the authority. Better avoid the food from this restaurant!

The food was good, we ate dosa, parotta and chapathi. Food was budget friendly and tasty. When we ordered Idli for dinner (it was around 11pm) The staff suggested not to order idli as it is way past the normal time and the idli from that batter won't be good. It was good experience to have staffs who care about the quality of food. The only complaints are that they didn't have good handwash liquid, it was like applying hand sanitizer and washing it rather than using normal handwash, and they didn't have air freshener in the restroom.
