Today We have celebrated Retirement party in Majestic hall with our all friends and family almost 120 peesons. Really we are very happy with hall arrangements with good atmosphere. Same lunch have provided in Mogul hall with Veg & Non Veg varities in different 18 menu. Good taste . All staffs expecially Mr. Krishna Kumar and her colleagues. Reasonable prices. Location also comfortable near to Railway station.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Royal Court, Madurai. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Location is perfect--close to the railway station and key attractions. Food was tasty and service prompt. Great value for money overall. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

I went with my family for south Indian festival. We actually enjoyed a lot .. the foods served were too good especially the Prawns and Ambur Briyani... I specially thank Mr. Krishnakumar for his suggestion about the food festival. Without him it would not be possible... All the staffs were very polite and humble. We totally enjoyed a lot.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this so-called buffet, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food quality was beyond disappointing--everything tasted stale and poorly prepared. The flavors were bland and lacked any real seasoning. In fact, some dishes tasted like they had been sitting around for hours, if not longer. The worst part? The food that was served at lunch was simply reheated and served again for dinner, leaving the entire meal flavorless and unappetizing. The buffet had very few vegetarian options, and the ones that were available were poorly prepared. The vegetables were soggy, the grains were overcooked, and the salads were wilted and unappealing. It was clear that there was little to no care taken in preparing these dishes. If you're a vegetarian or looking for fresh, tasty options, you'll be sorely disappointed. As for the seating area, it was an absolute nightmare. The tables were cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the entire dining space felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly. I could hear the noise from other tables echoing through the room, which only added to the already unpleasant atmosphere. The lighting was harsh, and the overall ambiance was completely lacking any warmth or charm. To top it off, the staff didn't seem to care about the quality of the food or the experience. Service was slow, and when I asked about certain dishes, the staff didn't have much knowledge about the food they were serving. The lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire meal. I would have given this place zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, the rating system doesn't offer that option. This was a complete waste of money, and I deeply regret choosing this buffet for my meal. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are far better dining options out there that won't leave you regretting your decision.

Good ambiance, good service, The hotel was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the pool area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel

One of Madurai's oldest properties, Hotel Royal Court still stands as a place to choose. The corridors and lifts are maintained decently and do not show signs of ageing. I was very impressed when the reception upgraded my room to a premium one. The hotel now boasts of premium massage chairs in each of these rooms. The linen was clean & bath room was non mouldy. Room service is prompt. Coming to the complimentary breakfast. It was downright average- each of the cloches were kept open and food was incredibly cold. I generally like the Ragi Koozh/ Kambu Koozh in South TN but the one served here was lumpy. They make dose like a mould and dump it into the breakfast trays, the same with the omelettes We also sampled the dinner buffet and it was an absolute let-down. Again the buffet cloches are kept open always. 1. Please do not add paneer and peanuts to noodles 2. Do not add sugar to the daal 3. French fries in a buffet starter is a no no 4. Palak paneer is mildly spicy and not like a dessert. Please improve on the food and you will stand out!

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel from the moment I walk in the staff mad me feel incredible welcome. The check-in process was smooth and the ambiance of the lobby set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spotless beautifully designed overall the stay was good.your room services are good.house keeping services is good . Vijay manimaran such a good services in your hotel services.

Advantage prime location opp to railway station. Food is good. Quality and quantity is good and price too is high.hotel is very old and cooling in room is concerning. I was in one room and ac was not working, on complaining they allotted another room, there also ac was slightly better and was stayable only with fan along with ac, chillness is missing being old hotel even in lowest 10 degree celsius and high 3 ac fan selection. Ac system needs improvement in rooms. Front Lobby alone ac is good. Have kept massager machine in premium rooms and lobby which is good. Another main problem is they are not having early morning check in charges chennai etc who will charge say 30 percent or max 50 percent for early check in in chennai, here they are charging whole full day charge which is unfair. For a person checked in at 530 am on day 0 and checkout at say 830 am on day1 needs to pay full 2 day rent. In other places this is 1.3 or 1.5 times of rent only. Stinking smell in room to be improved. Needs some renovation. Good behavior of staffs.tread mill was not working in gym and no swimming pool. Price 4200 per day.not worth this price.
