SCAM - Customer Cheating Method We found a new scam where hotel staff in the AC dining area are adding Rs. 200 extra to customer bills on purpose. When we complained, the staff pretended it was a mistake. Sembian Management needs to check this seriously to protect your brand's reputation. Check, how many times bills are being reprinted, as they seem to be adding the extra amount by hand and might reprint later for correct records. Many customers, especially travelers and families, might not check their bills carefully because they trust you or are in a hurry. Besides good quality and taste, trust is very important to customers. Please be careful and look into this. @customers, double check your bills.

Had food from this restaurant on 15th jan 25.after we received the bill my wife approached the counter to pay the bill amount. The Waiter who served food keep asking for tip. I told that guy We don't have any liquid money, at that time waiter said he is going to deduct tip amount from my card and he added his tip without my permission. Dear management its not acceptable. If you don't pay their salary properly they do like this. Extremely bad behavior

Non-vegetarian restaurant opposite to the MGR bus stand at Mattuthavani in Madurai. Ambiance is ok with general dining and family AC dining area. Food quality is also ok. Service is good. Parking and toilet facilities are available. Indian style toilet can be maintained well. Restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.

Visited this hotel which is in opposite to Maatutavani bs.. Biriyani tasted like tomato rice with too much of masala content.. Definitely this biriyani needs soda for digestion. Half of the pieces in chicken 65 boneless were burnt.. They are giving watery kulambu for biriyani which is for parotta, seems like then only we will buy some extra paid gravy for biriyani.. Overall, this hotel is not worth for the money paid...

I have ordered Lunch, Mutton Briyani and Chicken Briyani for my friend at Sembiyan Hotel. We ate but the food was ok and also ordered Orange juice The texture was good. Overall ok with that.

Just opposite to Mattuthavani Bus Stand. Hygene level average. Non-Vegetarian but food doesn't looks authentic. Arabic and North Indian non-veg dishes are available.

Grilled chicken cooking not properly, and chicken showing blood mark..im asking about the service person...they told us we will cancel the bill or change any other option.....they are not caring about for customer health... No knowledgeable person for cooking.
