We visited this restaurant for dinner ,ambiance was good.we ordered both veg and non veg starters and biryani . Food was not so good had less to no salt in many dishes and taste was minimal. quantity serving was too less for the prices. The only tastiest dish was curry leaf gobi& curry leaf chicken taste and flavor was good.remanning items we ordered was chicken 65 -just got deep fried chicken Pepper chicken-can try Nallakaramshrimp --didnt found any special taste Chicken boneless biryani--ok can try Chicken dum biryani --no salt Paneer butter masala --good can taste Curry leaf paneer--so hard to eat no salt Veg biryani__bland taste Raita was good to try.serving people are good and friendly.

My fair opinion if your for food here - No, not recommended ( Madurai is filled with best hotels around the town and near by ) Food is not that great quality of taste . Im impressed with the desserts they had multiple varieties and all tasted unique and good Main course not of much choice than briyani and lemon rice . Nan was good but not much gravy of choice Just went for a business meeting and to review their food not an intention to fill my stomach. Ambiance and table arrangements are extra spacious and color of choice are too good and felt high. Service is good too But the madurai secret ingredient " Taste" is missing !!!!!

Great service and good selection of foods to try! Took my family and they aren't into fancy looking foods if you get what I mean but this place had good flavours and they enjoyed the visit! The price is like 8500 roughly for 5 people for the buffet.

Went for dinner with my family. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered Madurai meal, the Parotta bread was hard and the mutton chukka came with it tasted like a mixture of grilled chicken and mutton meat cooked together with spices, tasted really weird. As a foreigner with Indian background we could really tell that the taste was weird. The curry was okay. The fruits juices were good and "jigarthanda" was nice as well. The sad part was I could not redeem my bonvoy points nor earn the points due to some technical issue. The waiter who attended us said he will do it afterwards, but I did not get an update on my points. So this was our not very happy dining date with the place

We ate dinner and breakfast here during our stay. Wonderful friendly service by the restaurant team, Saraubh, Laxman, Manni, Lakshmi. Food and cocktails were good!

We had veg thali. It was so delicious. The non veg gravy of chicken and fish was not that good. The ambiance and the service was good. Morning breakfast was so good.

We had our breakfast at this restaurant and they had plenty of Jain and Veg options. Hospitality was awesome. Special thanks to Mohan, Tanmay. Also, Shakuntala made the best filter coffee I drank in almost a week. Thank you.

I have stayed at the Courtyard Madurai several times and always rated it high but this time want to specifically call out the restaurant and bar. Restaurant and bar staff are friendly, attentive, prompt and ensure all guests are taken care of and requests are met. Rahul, Santosh, Jeykar at Balcony; Albin (coffee lounge) and all the staff's at Madurai Kitchen need a call out! However I want to say a special thanks to Chef Muthamizhan and his team! For a vegetarian traveler like me who struggles to get veg starters outside, they whipped up a roasted millet kibbeh (cutlet) with spicy tomato relish and tapioca gulnar with green Goa chutney ! For breakfast, a vegetarian breakfast thali, that included some popular dishes like paniyaram, masala idly but also veg versions of dishes hard for me to get in local joints in Madurai like Salna or curry dosai (TamilNadu on a Plate) and then added a fusion touch with appam topped with spinach feta dip! Bravo !! Highly recommended! Go eat to your heart's content!
