Meenakshi Bhavan

I don't know how this restaurant got 3.8 rating. At madurai highway we decided to have our lunch at a pure veg restaurant, There were so many Advertisements for Meenakshi Bhavan so thought that would be a good choice,but it was the worst experience for us. Over priced food. It was a dine in restaurant,but they asked us to pay at the counter first and give the slip to the attendant, before that the person who should have made the bill didn't know what was available from the menu. Just for water we waited for 10-15 minutes and the food was horrible, tasteless even though they didn't even care about their customers and what they were asking for. Very unclean table and utensils. Every table someone was shouting for something. Don't over order food. I wish we would have went to any non veg restaurant at least they would give us good quality veg food.

place is good for South indian food, juice center is also there. simple and avergly clean, not heavy on price

Hello, Meenakshi Bhavan was a wonderful hotel in Madurai. The foods are pure vegetarian. If you are looking for a pure vegetarian hotel this is the one you must needed. Only thing I doesn't like is, they can make the eating place little more bigger. If the area was big, surely I will be giving 5stars. The best Vegetarian hotel. Thank you......

Taste is good. They price is reasonable. They can improvise ambience.

A good place to have a break on a long journey. Its a South-Indian hotel, having different varieties of food and dishes.

For Tea land breakfast it isa good hotel. It is a prime place for Travellers. Price and all nominal. Overall nice

Wallet Must !!! Worst Experience Disappointing Experience at the Hotel. Despite the government's push for digital payments in India, this hotel imposes a minimum UPI limit of 50 Rs, which seems quite foolish. If you're just having a vada with tea or coffee, you're still required to meet this minimum limit. While the staff is generally helpful, the cashier section is terrible.
