The pricing is on the higher side, which would be fine if the ambience, service, and food were up to the mark--but unfortunately, they weren't. The space felt a bit neglected, with dark patches on the walls, a broken faucet, and a washroom that could really use some care. The tables had paper covers over glass tops, and the plates kept slipping, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. The staff were courteous, though the overall appearance and professionalism didn't quite reflect the pricing or setting. The food felt somewhat reheated--mayo served ice-cold alongside hot fried squid suggested it was straight from the fridge, not freshly made that day. The main course was okay, and the garlic bread didn't feel freshly made, more buttery than flavorful.

Our friends are repeat customers and they brought us here to get a taste of western food. We're happy Pasumpon was our waiter and he was fabulous! Phil himself came out and shared his time with us. He is wonderful. Then the best part is they graciously came out with dessert for us! It was phenomenal! Phil is really wonderful! Would definitely come back again! Thank you Phil!

This place offers a decent ambiance and a menu with potential, but the execution was inconsistent. The pumkin soup was a must try. The juices and desserts were rather ordinary, lacking the wow factor. The Phil's fried chicken, however, was a standout. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it was the highlight of the meal. While the main course redeemed the experience somewhat, the overall impression is that the bistro could do better. It's a place worth considering if you're in the area. The service was nice. The price was a bit on the higher side for the average food experience.

One of the best bistros in Madurai . I highly recommend everyone in and out of Madurai to try this bistro. The food was absolutely out of the world - every dish was cooked to perfection, especially the chicken steak which was incredibly juicy and flavourful. The quality, taste, and presentation were top-notch. The service was equally impressive - warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Definitely a must-visit spot in Madurai for a delightful dining experience!

Excellent food! Tried the mozzarella fingers, basil pesto pasta, and of course tiramisu. My only comment about the food was that the fingers could have used a thinner coating. But the flavors were fantastic all the way. Do not miss the tiramisu here! The only thing sweeter and more satisfying was the excellent service and attention from Pasumpon. Great dining experience today!

We had a lovely dinner here today! The menu was full of great options. We ordered a pizza and a pasta, and both were delicious. Also the drinks were very nice and refreshing. Our waiter (Mr. Pasum Pon) was super professional and kind and made this evening really great.

Wow the food is amazing especially the pumpkin seed soup, pasta etc the ginger breads are also very nice. The service was very nice. The ambience was very nice. The lasagna was a signature dish It tasted too good. I rate from my point of view. The cuisine they served are very taste
