Highly recommended for nice stay and they serve very good food. Ambience was too good to feel hard for leaving the hotel. Swimming pool was well maintained. Hygiene and people's services were top notch from the moment you step into the hotel. Hotel People are so Friendly and they customized the services as per the our request. Being located at the centre of the city, it's easier for commute as well for sightseeing.

We had a very good stay at this hotel during the December last week. Rooms were neat and clean. Best part was the food, we really had a wonderful food at this hotel. Special mention to the Chef Vignesh for wonderful pasta, my kids just loved it. All the Dishes were really amazing. Thanks to all supporting/service staff for making our stay wonderful.

This hotel was an absolute steal for the price! What truly stood out was their incredible pet-friendly approach. My pet was pampered with a separate bed, treats in the room, a play area on the premises, and even a thoughtful gift at checkout. They truly went above and beyond! The hospitality for us was equally impressive. The staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was superb with plenty of delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay with or without pets. I'll definitely be back!

Had a pleasant stay at Regency Madurai. Check-in process was very smooth. Fresh fruits and hot chocolate was available as complimentary in the room.||Dinner was prepared very well. Breakfast spread was large and all items were well made. ||Overall service and stay was excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located few kilometers from the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. While the location of the hotel is not the best, at least in my opinion, the hospitality of the hotel staff and the buffet breakfast were nothing short of the best I have experienced. The hotel reception staff as well as the restaurant staff were very welcoming and provided the best reception any customer could ask for. The room and the decor though outdated, was clean and well maintained. The bathroom could use an uplift. The buffet breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The room rate was reasonable. Despite the location and decent rooms, I would definitely choose this place when I visit Madurai next time.

It's a hotel with great amenities. Clean rooms and good food. The staff was helpful and made our stay amazing. Few issues: the swimming pool is outside so you have to go from the lobby. It should have a separate entry. I had an early morning flight for which I had to leave at 7 which was their breakfast time. I had booked a room with breakfast. They gave us fresh cut fruits & sandwiches but they could have allowed us to have breakfast little early in their restaurant.
