n a tropical garden setting overlooking the Amaravathy River, this relaxed resort is 2 km from the Anamalai Road (SG Pudur) train station and 8 km from the Anamalai Tiger Reserve in the Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park. The down-to-earth cottages with wood-paneled walls have air-conditioning, TVs, living/dining areas and balconies. Kids 7 and under stay free with a parent. Room service is available. The welcome drink and the food was awesome. Room service can be better. We were requested to wait for hours for room service. We find nothing interesting for kids to keep engaged Other than pool. No support was provided for ev vehicle charging. We were disappointed when they charged even for water and milk for babies. Overall it's was a disappointing stay.
The resort is clean, spread out across a big area. The pool is very clean, there is a river view and access which is quite nice in the morning. This is one of the nice properties in this area which doesn't cost way too much but balances service with value for money. It is a good place for a family vacation.
Had a wonderful experience at the resort. We enjoyed a lot. Good hospitality, yummy breakfast and good lunch. River view rooms were really good with clean and hygienic. All staff very polite and doing great job.You can definitely have a nice time and can enjoy with your family to a great extent.
We had our medical batch reunion at Sakthi River resort, for 2 days . 1 and 2 March,2025. Ambience was excellent, eco-friendly wide spread with river view . Amenities are fine . Food was appreciated by all .Staff services deserve mention Hospitality and smiling faces. Audio arrangement and availability of halls for meeting and entertainment appropriate. We wish to come again in future with our family and friends.
Food is not good. We went for a Employees get together. 300 persons in this get-together. For 200 persons got chicken piece in the briyani balance 100, we ate only kushka. The servers are simply telling the chicken is over. But we arranged food for 300 persons. No good service.
Location nice- river view. Food - below average, tea/coffee in alacarte too was bad. The breakfast buffet was good though.. Access to the river is slippery, so need to be very cautious. No staff or warnings too by the hotel. Front desk- definitely need hospitality training.
Really an awesome resort. Good, decent rooms. Tasty foods. Nice environment. Hospitality with personal care. But the best part is the access to the river. Overall an excellent experience.
Very good hospitality. The food spread was very good... and tasty too... serene riverside.... Enjoyed the stay... would love to come back sometime...
