Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations for the following reasons: 1. Instead of lemon juice, we were served lemon-flavored water, which was quite unexpected and disappointing. 2. For curd rice, we were initially served only curd. When we asked for rice to accompany it, we had to make the request multiple times. 3. We ordered curd rice and biriyani. I didn't expect the curd rice to be so oily. 4. They didn't serve water initially. After multiple requests, they finally provided water, but without a glass. By the time they brought us glasses, our lunch was already over. It felt like the focus was more on serving the crowd rather than providing a quality dining experience. I believe these issues need to be addressed to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation of your restaurant. I hope you will consider this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of food and service.
Worst Food YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT we ordered panner butter masala and chapati which was so hard that we couldn't able to tear it off and the paneer butter masala they gave Maggie masala on that I would never recommend anyone over here.
Food was not upto the mark We ordered Chicken 65 and Chicken Chettinad,Jeera Rice and Kerala Paratha.Both the chicken items had a lot of bones in it. The price was not justified. Taste too was disappointing. No flavor of curry leaves at all
Please don't step into this hotel they will even charge you for speaking also food is very poor based on ambiance people go and not worth for food they charge they will charge for papad also they won't give it with food and finally we will see the bill
Vegetarians beware!!! We had a nightmarish experience. We ordered veg biryani and noticed a piece of chicken. On confronting I understood They don't serve veg biryani... It's the same chicken biryani rice with pieces removed...on top extremely bad and arrogant service / staff and extremely dirty. Best avoided
Food was very good ... exspecialy biriyani was too good ..I loved it ..I'll enjoyed the vacation ambiance also nice
