Safari Garden Restaurant

One of the worst restaurant I've ever experienced, bad food. Very expensive, maybe they are charging more money if u r an out sider. Only positive thing is their parking. I'm not happy with their rest of the service. Don't go there. Also have less space for wash room.

First of all I would like to tell you that Safari Garden restaurant is different from Safari Land resort both of these located at same place nearby. Most of the tourist Google for Safari Land resort and ended up going to Safari Garden restaurant. I too had a very bad experience by having a lunch at Safari garden restaurant where it was very pathetic. We could not even taste the food. It was too poor. It seems like it was an old food, we had both veg meals and non-veg chicken biryani and chilli chicken, I never had a worst food like this, it was very very pathetic. I went on to complain to the restaurant owner. He seems to be like age between 27 to 30 but he was not ready to listen our concern and he was not ready to take our complaint/criticism. When I complained to him, he was telling every thing was good only. I didn't get any complaint from other tourist. Please note here that most of the tourist are from other states from north India and Karnataka. As a normal human none of us will open the mouth in other states even if it's not good because of language barrier. If the owner would have listen to my complaints and if he has accepted it, I really would have appreciated him. But this guy is very rude and was not ready to listen to any of the complaints and criticism. He didn't even know how to respond to his customers. He doesn't want any regular customers because Masinagudi and Mudumalai get more tourists only on seasons. I advise not to go Safari Garden restaurant, not only because of Food, their service is also poor, Kitchen is very pathetic. You will never eat after seeing their kitchen. Really tourists should teach lesson to this senseless owner. He seems to be fraud manipulating the customers by having a same kind of name safari garden restaurant. *Note: Safari garden restaurant and Safari land resorts are different. Safari Garden Restaurant is too poor I don't know about Safari Land Resorts, but up to my knowledge it's too costly because of quality food and it also falls under 4 or 5 star resorts in Masinagudi.

A decent restaurant compared to other local options. The taste was okay, but the generous portion sizes make it worth the price. Nothing extraordinary about the dishes. The staff is attentive and engaging. Conveniently located on Mysuru - Ooty Road with ample parking space.

Had worst experience, service and hospitality were the worst, nothing reasonable prices, 80/- for a 200ml sized watermelon drink which they made and bottled without any expiry date that tasted not to expectations. Even they do not provide bill with GST information on it.

Food was good. Price is okay considering it's a tourist place. Not disappointing. Will recommend for lunch. Attaching bill here.

Decent food with wide ambient parking and amenities. The restaurant is in the middle of Masinagudi town. Good spot for a stop

It was the worst decision we took in our trip to Masinagudi to eat here , the food is half cooked and horrible ,service was terrible never visit this place ever. Very unhygienic and infected with flies. What is this excuse on the name of a restaurant ? Even the flies won't like this food.

As one would expect in a shanty one horse town like Masinagudi. The food ( Keralan Supposedly ) is lousy and not cooked by Mallus. The Hygiene Standards are poor and one look at the kitchen will demonstrate that. If you are looking for a neat place that serves Kerala Style Meals at lunch....look for AS Mess located further down the road when driving towards OOTY.
