We had a wonderful stay at the hotel--it was an excellent choice for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was included, we had to leave early and couldn't try it. Unlike many places, Laya provided proper accommodation for our driver, and the overall facilities were on par with a five-star hotel. We truly appreciate the management and staff for their efforts. We booked directly and were pleasantly surprised to find it was even more affordable than online booking platforms.

Very good hotel, reasonably priced. They accommodated early check-in request to align with our travel plans. Rooms were spacious. They have partnered with few travel agencies and the services are good too, we availed their facilities to travel to Madurai from this hotel.

Warning: Heartless and Money-Driven -- Book at Your Own Risk This hotel cares only about money -- not people. When faced with an unexpected and unfortunate situation, I was met with zero empathy, no flexibility, and absolutely no human decency. Their priority was collecting payment, not helping a guest in need. I strongly advise against paying or reserving in advance. Protect your money and your peace of mind -- don't let this place ruin your trip.

Absolutely Heartless and Money-Hungry - Avoid at All Costs I've never encountered such cold, greedy people in the hospitality business. This place is a complete disgrace. We had reserved a room by paying Rs. 2000 in advance, but tragically, a sudden death in the family forced us to cancel our plans. Despite informing them well in advance--more than 12 hours before the check-in--they showed zero understanding, zero compassion, and absolutely no humanity. Not only did they refuse to refund even a portion of the amount, but they also made it painfully clear that their only concern is taking your money, not providing service or support in difficult times. A hotel should be a place of care, especially during personal tragedies. Instead, we were met with cold indifference. If you value your money, your peace of mind, and your dignity, do not risk booking here. You won't just lose money--you'll lose faith in basic human decency.

Please Take the Negative Reviews Seriously -- They're There for a Reason While this place may have some positive feedback, I strongly urge you to pay close attention to the negative reviews -- they reflect exactly the kind of experience we had. Due to an unfortunate personal situation, we needed to cancel our reservation, but were met with zero empathy, no flexibility, and a complete lack of human compassion. Their only concern was holding onto the money. If you value fairness and basic decency, think very carefully before booking here.

This is perfect place for nice , safe and comfortable stay. If u tell them about ur work preference they give you rooms according to their wifi. Toilets r neat and clean. Bed r neat they r washed and changed daily. If u need for iron box and hair dryer they provide you.

A very decent stay for the family, very nearby to Mayuranathar temple, just 2 Mins walk and you can see raja Gopuram from the place. This place is clean and tidy having lifts. Party hall, complimentary breakfast and group booking. Nearby good hotels as well! Limited breakfast of Idly, Pongal, Vada and coffee. Limited parking space for cars and EV charging points as well. Very perfect stay and hassle free stay!

This was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. The place is completely unethical and driven solely by greed. There's no sense of basic decency or manners in how they treat people. Please, don't ruin your well-earned vacation by trusting them -- it's just not worth the risk.
