Ambiance is nice.. and staff approaching is very decent.. good place to spend time with family and friends.... Food is very good in taste .. Add to want some more different peculiar dishes that no one have in this city... Staff BILAL is very friendly to share about dishes in detail... Allover worth place for time and money...

Food was delicious! Biriyani was good, just wish Chicken 65 Biriyani had more 65 bits. Mutton Chukka and Chicken Pepper Fry were spicy but flavourful. Great service too. Would recommend.

Disaster service and service recovery from Topi vappa. Let me explain briefly...Restaurant table was full of mess where I have seated no dessert offered and I have ordered 2 mutton briyani with 6 different staff members and they brought chicken tandoori first after so many Reminder they brought us 2 mutton briyani and the Food was just ok..in the middle of the meal I asked them about sweet which should offered in the beginning and they brought us almost we finished our briyani. When I asked for the manager several times finally someone appeared and explain some thing weird saying we suppose to open only take away and we opened for customer suddenly which I really don't want to know and I showed the quality of meat with fat which I can't chew even and he come up with another excuses and somany excuses again. There was no tissues even in washroom as well as male and female washroom with one door and only wc available for each and I really don't recommend for family. After I have explained to so called manager, I was expecting the small gesture and he brought the whole bill and I have paid all. After I have explained him that he should comp my bill so I have pay to the service member the same amount as tip. He took the bill and made us wait for few minutes purposely and we cant wait so long so we left and he appeared from nowhere and said he can offer only 20% discount which I don't want and I told him to give it to the hard working staffs as tips. The worst unqualified hospitality member I ever met in my life. @topivappa if you keep that person, you will be shut down all your restaurant soon. Please keep professional people. I never be back and I never recommend your place to anyone. Very very disappointed. Never try this restaurant

I had a bad experience at this hotel. There was no one available to take our order, and no staff came to assist us. The food took a long time to arrive almost 25 minutes , the chicken briyani taste was below average . While the ambiance was nice, the service was truly disappointing

"The dinner was a considerable letdown. We were looking forward to a satisfying meal, having ordered prawn fried rice and mutton fried rice, along with a side of mutton pepper fry. However, the reality was far from our expectation. The prawn fried rice, while flavorful, contained an embarrassingly small number of prawns, making it feel more like plain fried rice than the prawn dish we paid for. Similarly, the mutton fried rice suffered from a severe lack of mutton, leaving us searching for meager pieces amidst the rice. This blatant disregard for portion control was already disheartening, but the situation worsened when our 'mutton' pepper fry arrived as chicken. Not only was this a complete error in our order, but it also demonstrated a concerning lack of attentiveness from the kitchen staff. We felt cheated and frustrated, as our carefully chosen meal was replaced with something we didn't order and, frankly, didn't want. The overall experience left us with the impression that the restaurant prioritizes cost-cutting over customer satisfaction. We hope this feedback prompts a serious review of your portion sizes, order accuracy, and kitchen communication, to ensure future patrons don't experience the same level of disappointment we did tonight. It is unlikely we will return." Some pieces of the chicken pepper fry tasted distinctly old, suggesting they were not freshly prepared ". We thought they provide unique taste but it was worst.
