Lamiya Multi Cuisine Restaurant

I wanted to eat lunch at a dine-in restaurant. While driving, I looked at the restaurants, and the name' Lamiya' convinced me to try it here. What I ordered: Chicken Dum Biriyani - okay Plain biriyani - okay Vanjaram Fry - not worth for money Pepper BBQ half - good Overall, it's just okay. Pros: Ambiance, Card & UPI payments are accepted, separate parking lot, Location. Cons: The taste needs to be improved.

food was good . But hospitality service is too bad. Mostly i have order sea food dishes . In prawn Biryani my 5 year old son got small piece of chicken with bone. He said appa bone stuck into my mouth. i asked the waiter he replied sir we don't do prawn dum biryani . we usually took rice from chicken biriyani and then will add prawn. i understand in the hotels they do magic but need to inform the guest . I totally understand of that mistake but later no one came ( any manager)to the table to acknowledge and apologise . What if some guest allergic to something . When i asked for the bill im talking to waiter you serve me chicken biryani but charging me prawn biriyani . He simply ignored me . Very bad experience. This restaurant workers things no need of repeating guest . Initially i was excited in tiruvallur nice fine dine multicuise restaurant has arrived . But service sucks and need to appreciate the chefs all food which i ordered was very good.

Good Service...I think chicken Chettinad very salty...pls check the food & delivery the table...

One of our friend suggested here for dinner, so four of us were visited last night. Restaurant ambience was really great located at Tiruvallur highway road opposite to collector office. Ample car parking, service was also decent. Now Coming to food, everything was average only, not too great but okayish. Mutton Rogan josh tasted blunt no spice at all, every gravy taste same masala. No nuts in dry fruit falooda. They should improve the taste & quality for sure. Hygiene things have to improve, found a long hair in fruit salad served. Once we complained they immediately replaced it. Finally, you can try for one time for their ambience while crossing Tiruvallur highway

Food tastes good. Service needs to be improved, when this place becomes crowded they find it difficult to serve. The atmosphere is good. All the dishes we tried were very well cooked and tasted good. They have a separate big parking lot next to their building, but when we went we had to wait for sometime to get a table.

Went for dinner and ordered Garlic Naan, Lamb fry,butter naan, chicken soup,Mutton rogan josh, and final touch falooda and fruit salad. Butter naan and garlic naan taste good. Lamb fry is also good. My friend suggested rogan josh because it's too spicy but here it's not a spicy one the flavour is also very normal. All are not spicy. In fruit salad i found long hair in cutting apples. After informing this to the waiter they immediately replace it with a new one. Parking - Lots of free parking available. Payment options - Upi,card payment available Atmosphere -

Low quantity and quality... Not worth for money.. Worst thing if you are placing order in food delivery app... This is the 2nd time I'm facing the issue... First time I order dragon chicken they gave very small quantity... Second time I ordered chicken 65 biriyani they gave 4 piece in very small.. Also in that I got a small bone with out flesh, it was like they packed from unfinished plate... I'll never ever order again in this hotel again... I'll never recommend... Even small hotels serve you the better than this hotel...

Worst customer handling. Giving lame responses and there is no attentive supervisors to handle the customers. For preparing mojitos there taking 30 mins minimum of customers timing. No proper ventilation in this summer using fan instead of ACs. No proper hygiene is maintained in the handwash and restroom. Overall very worst experience.
