al Grand- Best Biriyani

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant The food quality was very poor especially the chicken in the kothu parotta which tasted old and stale( using the previous day left over) . On top of that the quantity was too low for the high price (even not enough for an 8 year child) To make things worse the staff's behavior was unprofessional, making the overall experience even worse. I expected much better and will not be recommending this place to anyone....

Worst hotel had ever seen

Worst restaurant in nagercoil. Recently bought parotta and pepper chicken. parotta was good. but the so called "pepper chicken" was worst to the core. Watery, smelled like spoiled, instead of chicken, there were chicken bones coated in maida was there. I think they used the remains of previous day chilly chicken as pepper chicken by adding just pepper, soy sauce and water. Have some concern for your customers. You are not giving free food for anyone.
