Disappointing Dining Experience at Arafa Grand Hotel I recently stayed at Arafa Grand Family Restaurant and was extremely disappointed by the quality of food offered at the hotel. As someone who enjoys good food, I had high hopes for the dining experience, given the hotel's reputation and upscale appearance. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The first issue was with the *breakfast buffet*, which was both unappetizing and poorly organized. The selection was extremely limited, with only a few basic items like scrambled eggs, bread, and cereal. The scrambled eggs were dry and lacked flavor, and the bread seemed stale, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The fruit on display looked unripe and was not fresh, adding to the overall disappointment. I decided to try the *lunch* at the hotel's restaurant, hoping it would improve. Sadly, it was equally underwhelming. I ordered a grilled chicken dish, which was tough and overcooked. The vegetables that accompanied the dish were bland and seemed to have been reheated multiple times. The portion sizes were small for the price, and the food lacked any real seasoning or care in its preparation.

Very worst restaurant, food corporation of tamil nadu check this. Non vegetarian are not in good quality. Waste of money.

Worst treatment. Food is worst and their service is worst. While giving the parcel, they have put a housefly on the food and packed it. Really hopeless behaviour.

5 of my members had our dinner with a high expectation as went through the review. Had a very bad experience - just giving a name where they don't know how to prepare tasty - waste of time & money

I went there with some of my friends ,taking about their food, I tried beef biriyani [170] and parotta [12]with beef chukka [100] both are good enough in taste, but quantity of beef chukka was less than enough. And if we are considering about service, it's worse because they just treat us like we are about to run away with out paying for the food, it's not good to be treated like that.

Below average budget friendly parotta food joint, They serve parotta, chicken, fried rice items. Not very much comfortable for family guests. The taste is below normal.

Poor take away service.Today bought 15 parotas and plain gravy from here. The gravy was too bad and bland. Also, there is no proper contact number for this restaurant to give our immediate feedback on matters like this.

the food was pretty good in taste. we ordered veg fried rice and it finished within minutes very very good taste with very good behaviour of the staffs price of food also very reasonable
