Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B

Nowadays a2b was very bad in all.Not proper taste of food.And the main issue of the a2b branches i had are not proper service.The service person was so lethargic.I ordered a south indian special meals which was very average.And the coffee only was good.For the higher price of food the management should give proper food.The sweets were in the meals was so bad it is old one no sweetness in jamun.The ambience was good.

Goods - Has a spacious parking lot, the nearby Halls' parking serves as overflow parking so no issues with parking anytime Placed together with many other specialty shops like crafts, organic food items, clothing, toys, home decor... The same great food taste Bads - Poor ambience, it was like fish market, people crossing ur table from all sides, lot of crowd/noise, people waiting for you to get up Poor service - You have to shamelessly search for table looking at who all are about to finish Service personnel comes whenever they are done with other tables, service also takes its own time, have to ask for additional things Restroom maintenance is Average

Visited today along with 15 family members, Suppliers are making so much delay for taking orders ( even not so much crowd), after order also they made nearly 30 min for delivery of foods , not provided enough chutney and sambar for everyone, I was shocked why a2b now making their customers unsatisfied now a days, I am not satisfied with namakkal a2b today ( even though it was really good in 2023)

We struggled to finalise a spot for lunch and finally took a detour off the national highway to the nearest Adyar Ananda Bhavan in Namakkal. It was a late lunch so we weren't expecting to find much lunch options, but surprisingly we found a wonderful South Indian thali with Ragi Kali too in it, I loved the bold flavours of the south in the meal, especially the tomato Pachadi, kerai kootu with rasam and sambar. Parents took the mini meal with chapati, sambar rice & lemon rice. A very decent meal with great quality and the right price point.

The taste here is not quite like other A2B restaurants, and the food is average, not particularly great. Parking is available for convenience. The restaurant accepts card payments, making it easy to settle the bill. Service is quick, ensuring you don't have to wait long. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a pleasant experience. While the food may not stand out, the overall service and atmosphere are still good. It's a decent option if you're looking for a quick meal with easy access.

Went there around 10.15 am.By then except for dosa and idlies,other items were over.Tasty.Coffe was great.

The experience was disappointing. The sofa had holes in it, and I even saw cockroaches coming out -- very unhygienic. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. The staff seemed confused even after listening carefully. I had ordered only one coffee with sugar-free, but they brought all coffees with sugar-free instead. Definitely not up to A2B's usual standards. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness and staff training.

A2B is famous for its food but very poor in service in almost all the places. This is also no exception for poor service. When we were seated no one cared for us for the first 10 minutes. Then the waiter came to us and said it would take another 10 minutes to serve anything. If it happens at 1.30 pm, then how are they managing things. Poor service
