MS Darbar Biryani

I tried this biryani some time ago, and while the taste was quite good compared to other restaurants in Neyveli, I have a few concerns, especially with your approach in dealing customer. Your advertising makes it seem as though customers can enjoy your biryani any day, at any time, which sets up an expectation that, frankly, isn't being met. When I called to place an order, I was informed that biryani is only available on Sundays, and for the rest of the week, it's only prepared for large groups of 30 or more people. I was also told that making a "bucket biryani" for smaller orders isn't feasible. While I understand you may be trying to create a sense of exclusivity or rarity around your dish, it comes across as misleading and leaves customers disappointed. People are drawn in expecting availability and flexibility, only to learn that the reality doesn't match the promise. If you want to maintain this limited availability, I would strongly suggest being upfront in your marketing materials so customers know exactly when and how they can order. Ensuring transparency and consistency would improve customer trust and prevent these misunderstandings.

The chicken briyani was ok but the briyani flavour was not so heavy it was too light it was like more like brinji with chicken pieces The chicken was well cooked and the chicken 65 was quite good just they need to improve there flavour and quantity wise ,they didn't give much rice

Mutton Biryani is the top tasty one, next comes the chicken biryani. You can order through phone to avoid last minute disappointment as it's moving fast on Sundays. Comparably priced. Good service. The tasty side dish needs to be increased in quantity as I ate them a lot. Little difficult to reach for the first timers but Google maps helps nicely.

This briyani shop is one of the unique place in neyveli which prepares a perfect hygienic briyani and other non veg dishes. They offer food only for takeout and the food parcel will be packed after we place the order through phone call. Mr: murugan the owner of this shop is a dedicated person in his business and implements his efforts with high quality results. Get your money's worth.

This is a small shop providing quality food, I tried both chicken and mutton biriyani, the taste is good, it is like home made, they don't make any artificial flavors, I don't say they are top notch, they need improvements but quality and way of making is excellent. No digestion issues, the owner Murugan is pretty kind person and welcoming too, hope to get more business and success for them

Trusty for hygiene, quality ingredients and delicious food . Alternative to home food with guaranteed taste. Pineapple Kesari is my favourite. Brinjal Dhalcha is the best when compared to any other hotel. Briyani is ultimate our family's favourite shop for all our family functions and weekend treats .
