I was part of a group booking which occupied more than 20 rooms. Rooms were good but poorly maintained. Bathroom had a lot of spider webs. No blankets provided in rooms. AC in most of the rooms were not maintained and started dropping water after an hour of usage. Very poorly responding front office. Not qualified for even single star.

We went to restaurant, fiod was really great pls go here, dont go other hotels its not worth it

I would not consider it's a hotel at all! 1. No proper locks for the room doors. They have electronic one but it won't work properly and continuously it will bang round the clock which you can hear while sleeping . 2. No hot water! We're in 2022 and for the first time I'm seeing a AC room which doesn't have a hot water facility! Later I came to know that no other rooms also doesn't have it! 3. TV will be provided by default but not connected to any device. 4. The AC which was in our room is bloody old and smells like a godown. So I asked to change it. 5. Regarding cleanliness you can learn a lesson for life. Bed sheets are dirty, no blankets were provided. We're very worried and praying god to not get affected by any skin diseases! Never ever book this hotel !

It was really great staying here, They have an attached veg and non veg hotes. Both are seperate. The behaviour of the staffs were good. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Very good ventilation. Hot water supply is available in the toilets. I stayed here for two days and overall i was satisfied with the experience

Checked-in yesterday thru online booking. The hotel reception staff compensated the room rent discount via online booking, by demanding extra amount during check-in. Rooms do not have proper ventilation. It stinks. No wifi. No toiletries provided. AC does not work. Rooms are untidy. Bathrooms are in pathetic condition. No hot water facility. Rude staff. Mosquitos disturbs at night. Blankets are not provided. Accessibility to temple is not at all good. Autos charged 250 to 300 rupees just for 2.1 km. Horrible experience of my life.

We were two families staying there for one night. The place has significantly deteriorated over the years. Visiting after 3years I was shocked and saddened by the state of the rooms and service. Water seepage in room 101 was very bad and the walls were soggy and dirty. The floor was dirty and looked like it was not swept for sometime.The bed spread was full of stains and torn at many places. Surprisingly there were no blankets at either of the rooms we took. The toilets were choked at room 208 so takes lots of time for the water to exit. The bed sheets were torn and dirty there too. Food quality at the restaurant was of mediocre quality. Not that good but better than Mani Iyer hotel nearby. In 2018 the hotel was in a gud shape and we used to always stay there whenever we visited Palani but now things are bad. Hope the owner a nice gentleman takes note of it.

The Hotel was so nasty. Exterior was good. But interior of the rooms so bad. Bed cover was torn. Water stagnates without leaving the bathroom. Toilet was not cleaned. Coffee mugs are sticky and not cleaned. Expensive hotel. I'm sure I will not come again are suggest to any one.

Reception staff is a idiot fellow. He is very rude to guests. He thinks he owns the hotel. Hotel is very very neat and we enjoyed the stay. Really awesome stay. If the reception man is changed then the guest could feel more comfortable to enter the hotel. He was in duty on Saturday August 3 rd 2019 at 12 pm. He keeps asking lot of questions to the guests before check in. He sees the guest like a dog's if the guest books rooms via online. Mainly if we book the hotel via oyo app. We suggest to remove the staff like this in reception area.
