Aaharam Restaurant offers two dining sections: an air-conditioned (AC) area and a non-air-conditioned (non-AC) area. The AC section is priced higher, catering to those seeking a more comfortable environment, especially in warm weather. However, despite the price difference, both sections share the same kitchen and restroom facilities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. The restroom, used by patrons from both sections, is very unclean and poorly maintained, which detracts from the overall dining experience. This raises concerns about the general hygiene standards of the restaurant, which might make diners question the cleanliness of the food preparation areas as well. While Aaharam Restaurant provides options for different budgets, the unhygienic restroom and shared facilities diminish the appeal, especially considering the premium price for the AC section. Improvements in cleanliness are needed to make this a more pleasant dining choice.

I used the non air condition area of this restaurant. The food is good and the dining area is also neat and clean. But the condition of the hand wash area is worst and not maintained properly. I haven't used the washroom facility.

It's just an average restaurant. Average taste. Popular items like Masaladosa, it's not in their menu. That's weird. We ordered cauliflower chilly ,noodles and fried rice. Quantity is OK, quality was not that level. fresh juices are not available. Ordered one Lime juice, served without ice. Well we chose this restaurant because it is part of Hotel Ganapat Grant. Decision was wrong.

So we read this banner and entered this restaurant. To be honest this is not even the f of fine dining. Food was delivered quickly but they didn't serve the quantity which we had ordered. The waiter look like tech savvy, taking orders while showing off his tablet.we had call him and remind him about the quantity multiple time. Even after that they didn't serve the complementary items which should come along with the cuisine.

This is not a 3 star category restaurant for food service... very, very poor hospitality... The head supplier of the restaurant name Mr. MURUGAN watching IPL with their team and throwing food into the tables and illiterate the customers... personally hurting customers... Management should look into this...

This restaurant is located inside Hotel Ganapat Grand, Palani. Quality and taste are good except idli which is always half baked. The service is VERY WORST. The so called Captain named Murugan is incompetent and disrespectful towards customers. He doesn't even know the basic manners of how to address customers. The reputation and business of this restaurant will definitely come to ground because of him. We were shocked to know that he is the manager of this restuarant. The owner should keep a check on attitude of a person before appointing someone as manager for a reputed restaurant. We feel pity for the owner!

Poor food quality. Heating earlier prepared parotid and serving to eat. Idly also not soft. Asked to pack food since it wasn't good to consume there. Have to take container in hand. No cover also provided. Came to this place after reading all reviews with a hope to eat in good ambience. Roadside shops far better I feel.

An elegant dining experience in Palani which was totally unexpected. Excellent choice of food variety. We ordered South Indian idlies and uthappam for our parents. We ordered chinese mushroom fried rice, Gobi Manchurian gravy, Schezwan panneer noodles. Everything was delicious and tasty. Service of the staff was also good.
