Palliyarai garden - room & lodge - Palani

Room was spacious and very near to temple. No Lift, stairs are very steep. NO HOT Water at all, they will say all time hot water but when asked multiple times we finally get that hot water from solar but it never works. No TV - after asking couple of times they fixed saying someone removed connection to digital box, ask for any channel they will it was not recharged. After paying 2K rs, if you don't want hot water for bath book this hotel. Btw they won't give bill aswell.

Pros 1. Location is very good and near to the temple steps. 2. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars Lower rate for rooms Cons 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom ventilations are broken 3. Hot water not available. They showed us hot water at the time of check in but later not get. And in morning nobody in the reception for asking to turnon the heater 4. No lift. In my opinion this one is suitable for short stays since mostly we are in temple hence tv and Ac are very rarely used. The only difficult is for old people because steps arw steeper and no hot water available there. As well the rooms are a bit dusty we feel headache sometimes.

We visit this place last week and the room was ok okay for the price of 2150 for 4 beds . The stairs leading to the room were steep . We did not get proper hot water too . They did not even give 1 rupee discount . Upon this the staff were quite rude and when we asked for extra bedsheets they became furious . They said only one bedsheet per bed , however this bedsheet could not even fit one person .

Its main selling point is close to the temple The mattress is very old. No room service. No lift, so you have to carry your bags to climb the stairs

Average rooms and rental are pretty high for their service

Yesterday morning booked a room but tv was not functioning since morning complained many times but was not solved till we checked out in evening. Very bad service and no discount was offered inspite of their careless mistakes. Advice the visitors to chek the facilities before checkin
