Sri Kandha Sweets and veg Restaurant

We visited Sri Kandha Sweets and Veg Restaurant as a family of 8 members around 11:30 AM, during a very hot day. Upon entering, we found the restaurant was quite hot inside. I politely requested the staff to switch on the fan, but they informed me that there was no electricity at the moment. However, after some time, a bus full of people arrived, and immediately the restaurant turned on the generator and started the fans, which felt very unfair to us. It was disappointing to see that service was prioritized only after a bigger crowd came in. We ordered ghee roast and poori, but sadly, the food was not tasty and did not meet our expectations. When it came time to pay, we were initially given a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I requested a computer-generated original bill, but the staff said that it would take at least 30 minutes for the UPS to switch on, as the generator had just been started. I told them that we would wait for 30 minutes in our seats until we received the bill, and surprisingly, they gave us the original bill within 10 minutes. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us, both in terms of service and food quality. I hope the management improves their service standards and treats all customers equally, regardless of the number of people.

It is a good restaurant in the case of food quality and taste. But below average in the matter of service. The delay for getting your ordered food will push you to the limits of your patience ! Restaurant situates on the back side of Hotel Ganpath and its a very good space with Good parking facility too. Icecreams ans soft drinks are also available. Paneer fried rice is good here. Masala dosha and Ghee roast also is so good. The staffs are well mannered and very helping ( Except the fact that, there is huge shortage of staffs here ) . Cleanliness in the restaurant is too good. There is a photo of Dandapani kept behind the cash counter. You cannot take your eyes from it if you are a lover of aesthetic beauty . There is something special in it. Really love to see this restaurant improving in all aspects.

The food served was great and has a classic taste to it . The service must be improved as they delay when there are more customers at a time. As it has a larger area to reach the table from the kitchen also consumes time. The price is also nominal and worth for the food served .On the whole a must visit restaurant at Palani for any meal of the day .

I had a fantastic experience at this vegetarian restaurant! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help. The meals were fresh, flavorful, and full of variety--each dish was thoughtfully prepared. I really felt taken care of, and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great vegetarian food!

Sri Kandha vegetarian restaurant in Palani is near to malaiadivaram. The area is large,but service is delayed. It needs to improve. Average taste. Rates are reasonable. Cleanliness is must. Not maintained well. Average hotel.

Bad customer service.The supplier can't take food, he said. He can't walk; he's been walking since morning and he is exhausted. He said you need to order what you want to eat all at once.
