Heatsquare Restaurant Palladam

Heatsquare is one revolutionary cafe in our town . Which has grown to go beyond borders . This home branch is our favourite place and we have had many good days here . Now it's disheartening to see its status . There has been no effort put into maintaining its looks & the quality of food . It's becoming worse and worse day by day . 1. Open air ducts 2. Dirty floors 3. Mostly understaffed 4. Most items on menu not available. 5. Soda machine is always broke . Very bad service . When I visited today(19/1/25) there was only one staff to take order , to cook and billing . It's a Sunday evening and he said no buns are available ... in a burger shop . I don't understand this . I can't blame the staff here because how can one person manage a whole shop ? The concerned people should take a note on this and put some effort into this shop .

I ordered fried chicken, burgers and meal combo when i received the two coke there is only one straw. I asked the another one straw but employee told only one is available you can use one straw in both the cokes. I just told this is not hygiene and u should not tell like this. Again i ordered the fried chicken parcel. I paid and received the order. When i open the parcel in my home i got angry these guys were planned and put more spices in the fried chicken even i told them i am buying for my little child. They cheated and planned to give back their angry by this worst way. I called 3 times but there is no response. Worst customer service ever I seen. Attached photos for the verification.

Not good if you need more food safety. I bought fried veg momos for my kid. It's packaged food but they were not showing the expiry date of the product even I asked them. Finally he showed the product's cover to see the expiry date after the arguments. Oil they are using fry, i extremely felt bad when I have the food and throw it away. I attached the photo.

Had dinner from this place en route to Ooty at palladam . The staff's behaviour was not appreciated. Bad customer service. The food quality was also not good. The pizza was just bread with some sauces and veggies. The nuggets were the frozen ones that were available in grocery stores. They don't have washrooms or hand wash areas inside the restaurant.

Fresh and well cooked kfc style chiken. Tastes excellent and Marginally better price than kfc. Good space for parking even on road side.

Food is fantastic as always!!! Usually the staff is good too but today it seemed they have recruited new staff. Maybe they were nervous, they made a lot of noise constantly taking to each other loudly about their work. Couldn't have a peaceful time eating. Hope they improve!! I will take this review down once the staff keeps their voice down.

The service is getting worse day by day. Every time I visit, they always say some items aren't available. They used to offer better service and food, but now they're the worst. They keep imposing more restrictions on customers, and it's frustrating, especially when you're hungry.

No AC. There are flies all around. The place was not clean at all. This place was once use to be very good. Now just okayish.
