Amutha Surabhi

I recently had lunch here and was impressed with the food quality. However, the service was lacking. One major issue was finding a fly in my payasam! I requested a replacement, but the server was slow to respond. I had to ask another staff member to assist, who promptly replaced the dish. Overall, the food was good, but the service needs improvement.

I have visited this place for lunch. I tried the meal they serves. The meal was really nice and tasty. They serve the meal in Banana leaf which gives the authentic south indian feel. The quality of food was really good and you can take how much you want. Also the staff is very good and the owners are very welcoming overall it was a really pleasant experience. The only thing is they don't have a proper parking area so you need to drop your car nearby.

ordered idli, poori masala, rava roast, onion roast, pongal and methuvadai. rava roast and onion roast is average. pongal and vada was first class. very crowded. average service

The food is good and the price is reasonable. One thing they have to do is, where there is a parking available for the customers of amutha surabhi, the security charges for all. Even after we have food at amutha surabhi. This is one thing management looks into. You can tell the customers to show the bill at parking to avail free parking instead of fighting for it every-time. One more thing is the beggars irritating and rushing towards the car and blocking the car doors and literally harassing us to pay them money. This was so scary part. I dont usually give money to the beggars who have their hands and legs intact and can work and earn money. Coming to the food, thali was so filling and delicious and mushroom biryani was flavourful too!

The worst service.The servers behave like goons Feels like a chore to eat here.Very constraint on space.Food is not bad.Very expensive.Travellers can opt for Madava or gowrikrishna nearby.
