My Grill restaurant (MGR)

Writing this review after visiting this shop for the second time. As soon as the restaurant opened we had dinner, during that the menu card itself was not prepared and the foods where above average and especially the dish lemon chicken was too bitter in taste we returned the dish. Second visit: The food was really awesome compared to the first visit , I have ordered lemon chicken again to check the taste, it was really amazing. The owner is too friendly, allowed us to cut the cake in the premises. Owners take the feedback seriously and taking necessary steps to bring the dish to the great taste. I will recommend this restaurant to everyone. Try fish dishes and my favourite Lemon chicken, Honey chicken chilli, BBQ chicken.

Terrible Experience - Wasted Time, Money, and Mood Visited this restaurant expecting a good dining experience, but it turned out to be a disaster. We ordered: 1. Parotta - It was fried in oil instead of being properly cooked, and the oil had a terrible smell. 2. Chicken Momos - They were served cold and not cooked properly. 3. Grilled Chicken - It was fried in oil instead of being grilled, which is completely misleading and unacceptable. The service was equally poor, with no proper response from the serving team. For a restaurant located in the center of the city, delivering such low-quality food and service is unacceptable. We wasted our time, money, and mood here. After this experience, we didn't bother ordering anything else. Absolutely disappointing

My recent experience with Family dinner on My Grill Restaurant is amazing, quite reasonable price compared to others, Kari Dhosa, soup, Briyani, Lollipop is awesome. Grill items are great, Don't try 20-20 Grill- I personally don't like the flavour. Toilet is clean. Overall it's budget friendly compared to other luxury hotels.

Disappointed with the Service and Quantity( portions Served )! We ordered a half portion of grilled chicken and chicken shawarma, but unfortunately, the experience was not great. The quantity of grilled chicken served was noticeably less than actual, and the shawarma was not at its best in terms of taste or quality. The service was below par, with staff not addressing our questions. It feels like there have been adjustments in portion sizes compared to before, where two whole grilled chickens used to be served as six half portions. Hope the management takes note and works on improving both service and food quality.

We went on Sunday to celebrate our cousin's birthday, a very busy day still they allowed us to cut the cake inside even the owner and staffs were joined with us and it was a great experience though it was a sudden plan. We didn't waited much for the dishes we ordered. The foods we tried was excellent especially Honey chicken chilli, BBQ chicken and lemon chicken the staffs were also very polite and attentive. The ambiance is warm and vibrant and it is a great spot to spend time with your friends and family. Had a pleasant dining experience.

Worst Service Ever I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a quarter alfam, a quarter grill, a butter naan, and two parottas as a parcel. Despite making me wait for 30 minutes, they forgot to include the parottas and alfam. When I inquired, they handed me the alfam and insisted that both the alfam and parottas were in the bag. However, when I reached home and opened the packet, the parottas were missing. I paid for them, but they were not provided. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service!

worst food experience...the chicken is like a hard rock we can't chew it...very worst restaurant... food quality worst customer handling worst very bad mayonnaise and salad very big no this restaurant again
