Best place for having a break. They provide hot snacks, tiffin and meals. Onion samosa was good with their hot coffee Their masala vadai is good where as I rate 8/10 Chilly bajji is superb, it was served hot with tomato and coconut chutney. That hot bajji with 2 chutney is a mouth watering combination. I rate 10/10. Pudding cake is a must try menu over there, it was too tasty whereas I have not tasted such a superb cake any where till now.I rate 10/10. Must try shop in pollachi, to have a relaxation in nearby roundana by getting your tummy filled up in Sakthi cafe.

Onion Samosa , paruppu vadai and pazhampori are good. But taste of onion Samosa and size of pazhampori is somewhat acceptable not fully. I expected tasty tea but get not more than normal. They are serving breakfast items like Pongal , idly,dosa ,poori , etc... Variety rice , briyani , mini meals , etc., for lunch ..

The old man in the cash behaves arrogantly throwing the remaining change and tokens to the customers. The Tea master literally bangs the tea or coffee tumbler on the counter which is enough for the customers to get irritated and note the point it's SELF-SERVICE RESTAURANT. Humiliating customers as though customers had no other option. Charging for packing even though you take your own vessels for Parcel. A roadside shop with Restaurant Pricing and the Quality of the food is at its worst. As one of my well-wisher suggested this shop I tried three times and all the Three times I had bitter experience both in food and the ways all the customers were treated there. As they are located near a famous Park they thought any how they can get customers and that is not true for Pollachi, they have to pack up early if they don't change their attitude. Pongal is at its worst for morning breakfast and the vada prepared using the old oil repeatedly makes it stinking and hard. Tea & coffee bitters. As am also in to business and I generally don't post Negative reviews but I had no other option with this kind of people. Absolute Garbage.

Asked for regular tea. Gave me a elakka tea. I again asked the tea master that I wanted a regular tea he doesn't seem to understand tamil. At 4.45 there were no hot bondaas or bajji. They had only a sweet suyyam. At a cloudy evening who would want a sweet suyyam. Have had their breakfasts which were decent, but this time it was utter disappointment.

Never miss this Tiffen center when you're nearby. Their Nattu chakkarai milk is awesome.

Small shop but pricing is restaurant pricings..while the taste and service is matching then there is no issues. Their service is very below average and taste also now a days very bad. We can say below average hotel. Since there is no other hotels near to this place there is a customer crowd otherwise not a worthy place for a comfortable dining.

Worst experience and poor administration . Partiality for dining and take away customers. Some items will be given only for dining customers and they are denying for takeaway and giving some reasons to sell their non moving items. They are demanding us and deciding what we need to order. Instead of doing this they can tell that no take away option is there.

Food quality and taste is good but never expect a clean table in this cafe. Even when I asked for it, the server was casually replying that it is how clean they can do.. but all they did is wiping with tissue paper while the food residue was still leftover the table. When I asked the supervisor about it, he said they don't even have the wiping pad. All I asked for is basic cleanliness when I am paying bit more money than what an usual hotel like this would price their food. Concluding this, the food is really good. The cleanliness and customer approach from waiters need to be improved. Update: after I spoke about this with supervisor, they bought a scotch Brite pad and wiped other tables which were looking nastier.
