CK's Bakery Ponneri

I have order a cake for my Son's birthday. I'm aware that I have asked for red and orange color, but it had lot of food color and color does not go off my hands even after repeated washing. I have ordered Nutty chocolate cake but the cake delivered was a plain chocolate cake. Adding to all the pastry chef mentioned that the cake will be delivered by 4 P.M but the cake was not ready until 6.30 P.M there was no prior notification about the late delivery, even when I called them to inform that I will collect the cake from backery they asked me to come by 4.30 P.m but the fondent was not ready and they asked me to wait till 6.30 pm. Overall cake taste is okay but delivered wrong cake, lot of food colors, under trained staff. I request to think twice before buying anything from here.

Food safety standards are not followed. Untrained service staff with an unhygienic manner. The atmosphere is great with a variety of menus.

Butterscotch, choco truffle cakes was too tasty and red velvet cake was not too good but ok ok.

This shop is too good and all the food quality are too good and tasty once you visit this shop you will never forget

We ordered a combo offer of chicken,taste is very delicious
