I stayed at PGC in Ponneri for two days, and I must say the hospitality was exceptional. The room was clean, hygienic, and had a pleasant atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff--especially the reception team and the manager. They were all incredibly approachable, helpful, and friendly. Yuvasri, one of the front desk staff, was warm and welcoming. The manager also ensured everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay. I really appreciate the team that is working together to make customer feel at home. Not once did I feel like I wouldn't get the assistance I needed. Truly top-notch service across the board.

As a mother, watching your daughter get married is one of the most emotional and cherished moments in life. We chose this resort hoping it would provide the perfect setting for her big day -- but sadly, the experience was nothing short of heartbreaking. Throughout the wedding, we faced repeated power outages, with no proper backup in place. The elevators were non-functional, causing immense difficulty for elderly family members and guests in traditional attire who had to use the stairs repeatedly. My daughter, on what should have been the happiest day of her life, had to deal with constant stress due to the poor arrangements and lack of coordination by the resort staff. Despite several requests, the management remained indifferent and unresponsive. It was painful to see the joy of such a significant occasion being overshadowed by issues that could have easily been avoided with basic planning and professionalism. As a parent, I feel incredibly let down. No family should have to go through this on such a special day. I truly hope the resort takes this feedback to heart and ensures no other bride or family has to endure what we did.

We had my sister's wedding at this resort, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The management was extremely poor and unresponsive throughout the event. There were frequent electricity outages, and to make things worse, there was no proper backup. The lift services were non-functional for most of the time, causing a lot of inconvenience, especially for elderly guests. For a place that hosts weddings, basic amenities like power and service should be a priority -- sadly, this resort failed on all fronts. Would not recommend this venue for any important occasion.

When we checked the rate before booking Rs. 2640 was shown per night however, while billing charged 3000 plus tax total Amount to Rs. 3680 not good practice. Invoice no. PGC2425-01086. Checked in on 11.03.2025 at 22.05.45 and checked out at 12.03.2025 09.18 hours Bucket provided in both room but no mug provided. Main door key/ card not available, after dinner we called receptionist to send the boy to open the door. Next day morning after the breakfast again we personally informed to arrange to open the door not good practice. Receptionist and canteen services and behaviour was good hence 3 stars given Thanks for taking feedback. We hope you will improve the service next time'

We hosted my sister's wedding at this resort .This resort, unfortunately, turned what should have been a joyous celebration into a logistical nightmare. Electricity was consistently unavailable, lifts were out of service, and no proper contingency plan was in place. The management displayed a startling lack of professionalism throughout. A deeply unsatisfactory experience.

Wedding celebration turned into nightmare Booked the place for a wedding. Following are the problems faced by the guests: 1.Turns out they have no proper electricity backup facility. Electricity would go off every 10 minutes. 2.No electricity for hours together at the venue. Electricity used to go in the night and used to be back only till morning 3.A/C's not working. No cooling even in the halls booked for functions. 4.Lifts going out of service. People getting furious on how to go to the rooms and come down where there are 17 floors in the building. 5.No proper communication from the management for complaints made. Anyone booking this venue for any major event BEWARE. Please reconsider before booking the place. For us it turned out to be a Nightmare where there were too many complaints from the guest. Turns out our family reputation being at stake because of the incompetent management of the place.

What was meant to be one of the most joyous and memorable occasions for our family turned into a struggle due to the resort's poor management and lack of basic infrastructure. Throughout the event, we faced repeated power outages, and shockingly, there was no proper backup in place. The lift services were non-functional for the majority of the time, causing immense difficulty for our elderly guests and adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth celebration. Despite repeated requests for assistance, the response from the management was either delayed or indifferent. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and when you choose a resort to host such a special occasion, you place your trust in their ability to manage it with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, this resort failed to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work toward improving their services for future guests. Until then, I would strongly advise others to consider alternate venues for important functions.
