Bharath Unavagam

I recently visited Bharath Unavagam and while the food was surprisingly delicious, I unfortunately cannot recommend the place due to serious cleanliness issues. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, my experience was soured when I noticed RATS running around the restaurant. I've attached a video of the situation, as it was quite disturbing to see such a health concern in a dining environment. It's a shame because the food could have been a highlight, but until the hygiene and pest control are addressed, I won't be returning. Wouldn't recommend it to others in its current state.

Today ordered chicken kothu parotta but received only egg kothu parotta which tastes not really good. Don't expect these people to offer you what you ordered. The phone number what they have in Zomato and Google maps is not working.

Restaurant is on main road. Car parking is a problem. There's one parking for car and limited bike parking. Nearby on side of road one can parking their car. They have both ac and non ac dining area. Service was very good. There's takeaway also. Food quality, quantity and taste is very good. Sometimes it's not consistent. Biryani is very good. Prices are OK. Non veg preparation is very good. It's better to try south Indian cuisine.

There is good amount of parking space for two wheelers . I had chicken biriyani and chicken lollipop (dry) 1.chicken biriyani was average and also it was served cold but the good part is they offer kesari for dine in which you cannot experience in most of the hotel for dine in .2. chicken lollipop fry is one of the best I ever had I liked it very much . Their service it was 6.0 out of 10

Reasonably better hotel in this area! Taste wise it's much better all other hotels in this locality. Price is bit costlier but worth it. Having ample space for dine-in.

The food was good but there were few members to serve food...

(Just to alert others who orders take away esp. Veg food) Today night around 7pm.. (7th dec 2024) I ordered a take away parcel of one mushroom biriyani (Even I asked is it available or not and he told it is available) , idly, one goli soda..but theymade the mushroom biriyani in the chicken biriyani rice which was found after we consumed half of it, actually we bought to give a little to our daughter, when asked about this they said sorry like it is very new incident and told it won't happen again.. I told no need of any other compensatory food for this and just make sure to monitor keenly..

The worst service and behviour hotel never ever seen. Please dont go to here. If you want to peaceful mindset to have food then dont go bharath unavagam. They are money minded only. Bharath unavagam - Please learn customer service skills from other hotels.
