First restaurant in India without serving drinking water. And extra price for glass without water too They serve softdrinks against KFC's policies.500 ml. bottle for 60 rs ,that we must pay in cash,without bill.they don't serve water,which is a universal requirement for every human being. We expect a brand while we are out of state but they sale items other than KFC's products. This is against the code of safe and honourable tourism,as they are practicing it coz we won't come back to this place again. Worst experience

Worst service ever, nothing here on time, they treat customer like they are slave, waiting , they will provide order as per there mood , not as per the standard order preparation time, they also give someone's order to you

Worst ever kfc branch , poor service , moreover it's like a local vendor shop , they are not preparing and delivering the food according to token , just taking orders randomly and delivering it , so what's the purpose of token? Wings and drumsticks size are too small Unhygienic atmosphere and shortage of staffs

This KFC is situated on the Ecr junction of Pattinamkathan before Rameshwaram they have advertised a few kms ahead on all directions proceeding to the junction The place have decent parking space for cars and bikes the place was clean as expected and we lucky to have places to ourselves The service was quick and well maintained they also have self order kiosk next to the counter The food I apologise because we were going to a temple couldn't try non veg had veg will try next time and update on it The fries were cooked seasoned well and veg burger was good too Overall a good KFC outlet on the NH recommended for KFC lovers

recent takeaway order from KFC Ramanathapuram was marred by an unexpected addition: a tip discreetly included in the parcel with the tea cup. Transparency is essential in customer service, and such practices erode trust. While the food quality met expectations, the lack of upfront disclosure regarding the added tip was disappointing. I urge the management to rectify this issue promptly to ensure a more transparent and satisfactory experience for future customers.

Very poor KFC outlet in india I think so. Restrooms and wash sinks are unhygienic and not well cleaned. No cutlery items on each table. Need to walk down each time if anything is required. Local brand water bottle for 50. So many things we can list for this KFC outlet. But the price is on par with metro cities. So guys don't believe in brand select a better restaurant in the city with more service with better lower price tag than this KFC outlet. I was totally disappointed with the poor infrastructure they have here. Think before you dine in here

Worst experience ever. im from Trivandrum and and the kfc staff must visit Trivandrum kerala outlets for just 1 day.

Typical KFC, great chicken but average service. The service is too artificial, they are not candid and frank instead repeat their greetings like a robot even though I went to order for the second time within 2 mins. For first-timers the cost may seem high, but it is typical in every KFC. Only Drawback is space, if you land there during rush hour, good luck finding parking and a table to dine in. Also very few options, but overall it is a 'Okay' KFC experience. I must say 'it was fingerlickin' good...!!'
