A moderate dining hotel. We had lunch. It was nice except for one side dish. The hotel wash room needs to be maintained in good condition as a lot of pilgrims are visiting. Car parking is good and the security is guiding us.

Tasty Veg food served with a smile and affordable price. Plenty of space in the ground floor and There is a AC hall in the first floor. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. The washroom can be cleared of cob webs.

We had a very disappointing experience here. We sat in the AC section and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They delayed our orders, ignored us when we called them, and seemed completely uninterested in serving. Most of the items on the menu were unavailable. When we asked for something as basic as lime juice, the waiter said it's only available downstairs in the non-AC section. Poor service and bad attitude--definitely not worth visiting again.

Below all the negative reviews about this hotel is true .today I see all these things at a time .. totally i disappointed.. worst service .. food not worth for their cost.. and their staffs behaviour is too worst ..plz don't try this hotel.. we tried their ac cabin to much of door noise.and their staff preparing the bill before serving the food .. better visit small road side hotel they gives a good response

Disappointing Experience at Aiswaryaas Veg Restaurant We had lunch at Aiswaryaas Veg Restaurant and ordered 5 meals. Although advertised as unlimited, the service was inadequate. We waited extensively for refills on sabjis. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. The woman attending the AC hall was particularly rude. When a couple left without paying, she interrogated us in an arrogant manner, implying we were responsible. We politely clarified we didn't know them, as they were already seated when we arrived. The billing process was also tense, with the staff member acting as if we were trying to cheat her. The food quality was average: - Average taste - Watery buttermilk and payasam - Slow service Overall, our experience was disappointing due to poor service and mediocre food. Not recommended.

If you want to taste the food way you always welcome to these restaurants. Without completing the food they will give bill and all the cabs driver's tied up with these restaurants and staff doesn't give respect to customers. Giving one star is also waste.

I visited Sri Aiswaryaas in Ramanathapuram for lunch around 3:30 PM, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience.Many places were already crowded, and when we arrived here, the meals were over. Despite this, we tried to get a seat and were hopeful for a quick meal. However, the staff was rude and unaccommodating, which made the situation worse. They seemed unwilling to help or find a solution, leaving us frustrated. While the restaurant might be popular, the lack of hospitality left a negative impression. It's understandable that meals might be over by a certain time, but the manner in which we were treated made it a disappointing experience. Good customer service is key to making a dining experience enjoyable, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. Overall, while I can't comment on the food as we were unable to dine, the service and attitude of the staff were a letdown. I hope they can improve the way they handle customers, especially when the restaurant is busy. If you do visit, I would suggest arriving earlier to avoid any issues with availability, but be prepared for potential service challenges.

We went to this restaurant thinking it's clean and hygienic. However, the food was terrible and service was of the worst quality. The servers, here, have no manners at all and are rude, especially if you don't understand their language. Overall your can skip this restaurant. Even if you are dying of hunger, you should look at other alternatives with better rating as far as possible. Just stay away from here.
