Sardar ji panjabi dhaba

Best north indian or punjabi paratha I had in rameshwaram. Mr Sanjay singh owner of the restaurant, he is a very friendly person. Nice food nice atmosphere I give 5 star for taste of the food. Thank you so much Sardarji team

Fantastic little restaurant serving authentic North Indian cuisine. Wether you want melt in your mouth paneer, spicy channa masala or just a quick Dahl - this restaurant has got it all. Finish it off with a deliciously tart and refreshing lassi. And the owner, Mr Singh ensures that the service is quick and efficient. Well worth a visit.

Except the person who works with the tandoor the owner Sardar and his wife both are unprofessional and money-minded. The lady especially the owner behaves very rudely with the customers and ill treats almost everyone who visits their dhaba. I expected a Punjabi to be welcoming and friendly but it seems both must be watchmen in some other punjabi restaurant. The food quality is really poor with bad quality spices and resuse of oil as our stomach had severe pain the next morning. Don't buy mineral water bottles from them as they overcharge in the name of cooling over and above the MRP

Exorbitant pricing. They seem to not like questions. Customer are convinced to over order. Some items - especially the Lassi seemed tad bit old. The total was almost 1000 for 2 persons. Just a normal non A/C eatery. Not a Dhaba per say.

The place is very average, food didn't seem fresh. Not what you would expect from authentic punjabi dhaba. Upon asking for bill, they get offended. Expect you to pay any random amound.

We visited rameshwaram for the first time and went for dinner at this place. The food was fresh and the taste was also good...good service...
