The location is perfect, just off the national highway. Sufficient parking is available, not all are covered. The restaurant is quite convenient and as such there are very few restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are functional.

Very unclean property.All room was smelling bad odour . Toilets in bad shape and water draining was absent. Don't stay there are other very good hotels available nearby . Very pathetic staff.

Rooms are clean, other services are also good. Though food is hygienic, taste is worst. Especially disappointed break fast.

I give only two star 1 star for staff vehiber 1 star for water supply in bathroom cold and hot with very much force, Room light very poor quality low Breightnesh some light not working, dust and mosquito in room also bathroom is not clean, room charge double morethan service, only he charge for location and not any alternate, I stay in hyderabad in half price and better ambience.

I attended an engagement function. The look and feel wise is nice. The party hall was neat and elegance. The outdoor ambience was really cool. Overall it gives a luxury feel The buffet and food service was okay. The price was not too high. This place was okay for less crowd ceremonies like birthday engagement etc.,.

It is an above average hotel near the Ranipet Sipcot Industrial area. The hotel from the outside looks good. Rooms are old and is in need of repair. There is dampness in the room which creates a smell in the room. There is duct type air conditioning in the room which is good. The buffet breakfast provided is good with a sufficient spread.

This review is for the Fluid bar. Nice air-conditioned bar. Service is excellent. The prices are reasonable. Diet Coke is available. Excellent complimentary side dishes. The fruits are nice. I got freshly made hot Rasam Vada also. There is a toilet, but there is no ladies toilet.
