The food items are fabulous. In short time they made the items not making us wait for much time. Each item we tasted were very yummy. Initially we didn't expect this kinda taste in this area.. Price also worthy for the items served. Finally the place is worth.. we enjoyed the pizza and burger here after Chennai.

Smiles? All tears after visiting this place. Less than 100 grams French fries cost 120 rupees and also tasted bad. Owners should not be this much greedy. Would never recommend this place.

I've been to this place many times since it started and I feel the food quality and service is getting degraded. Initial days the food taste, quality and quantity were matching the price but now a days some of the items quality/taste are getting worse, especially the fried items. On top of the food, I experienced bad customer service today due to which I've decided to stop visiting the place again and won't recommend this place to anyone. When I visited the place today for dinner, there were no customers at all and the 3 people of the restaurant were busy setting up their TV for IPL and no one bothered to attend me. And when I asked who is going to take the order, the owner directed towards another person and he went out immediately. Then I had given the order and when I inquired about their chicken strips if they were frozen/packed or fresh chicken (to understand if it can be given to kids), the attender gave such a harsh look and response in similar tone that "we are preparing it" and continued responding in rude tone for my further questions. When I started looking further into the menu to order more he again insisted in rude tone to not stand there further (he didn't want customers to see how he is preparing the food and storing the items). Because of which I'm suspecting the quality of food that they are using, especially frozen foods. If I hadn't paid my order, I would have cancelled it and left the place, but unfortunately I had to keep calm of myself and taken my ordered food. Later the owner came and got to know the situation and tried to convince me (about the person who took the order that he was in some conflict/anger with the owner and it was shown to customer etc..) and that fried chicken and strips were freshly made every day by some external vendor and they ensure they are consumed within the same day. But looking at the color of some pieces and hardness in the outer layer, I think they are not fresh as the owner promised. Anyway I refrain from now going to this place after such a bad a experience and also suggest people to be careful while ordering especially frozen/fried foods.
