Gomathi is very efficient and helpful even at the self order kiosk to facilitate orders & payments. She also volunteered to suggest best sellers to ease my choice. Clean and neat restaurant with ample of car park spaces available at the basement level The burgers are soft, meanwhile the chocolate milk shake was too good.

I have ordered 2 chicken burger with fries and blue berry milk shake. Burger bun,Patty and fries are feel like just now take it from freezer. Even though I was waiting for 20 min to get the order. Especially inner side only one onion ring with half spoon mayo.. Hereafter I won't visit again... Such a pathetic experience...

Absolutely pathetic experience at this Burger King outlet. I went there with my family and kids, hoping for a nice meal together, but the entire experience was a disaster. I ordered two combos (burger, fries, and coke) from the kiosk. A staff member offered to replace the fries and coke with wings and milkshake, which I agreed to--only to find out later they charged me separately for the wings and shakes, while completely skipping the fries and coke. So basically, I ended up paying extra and only got two burgers. When I asked about it, the manager kept avoiding responsibility. After wasting over an hour of my time, he casually said they'll give me the fries and coke now, but won't refund anything. That's not a resolution--that's just covering up a scam. The whole family was upset, and our outing turned into a frustrating mess. Either the staff is completely untrained, or this is deliberate customer manipulation. This kind of treatment is disgusting, especially from a global chain like Burger King. I'm never stepping foot in this outlet again.

WORST EXPERIENCE, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the "Order on Train" service from this restaurant. I placed an order on 05-Jan-2025, for my travel on 07-Jan-2025. The delivery was scheduled for Salem Junction at 7:47 PM, just before my arrival at the station. Unfortunately, I received a notification that my order was cancelled, which left me without food for my entire journey. I chose to order from this restaurant to avoid the potentially subpar food quality on the train. After reaching out to customer service, I was informed that they could only raise my concern, but there was no further assistance or resolution available. I advise others to avoid this restaurant for the "Order on Train" service. If I had been informed of the cancellation earlier, I could have opted for a meal from a different restaurant.

Its a good snacky place for sure . Its inside the mall soo you can shop and get hungry so snack on the burgerking . Right size and good texture . Its a nice comfy place . Was bit crowded on weekends . Everything was flavourful .

Burger king - located inside reliance Mall 1st floor The ambience is good, the quality of service is good. Need to check the air conditioning, staffs were chatting inside, while I waited for them to finish their conversation and then ordered. The entire place is clean and hygienic. For swiggy, Zomato takeaway - had a separate open counter facing outside for takeaway delivery.

Royale paneer burger was good. Cold coffee was average. Very slow and unprofessional service. And tables were not cleaning even after long time.

No doubt food was delicious however I felt it wasn't that hot and French fries were the biggest flop ,no crispness at all only served soggy. Serving time was accurate.
