Dindigul Thalappakatti

I tried their Thalappakatti Special Mutton Biryani and Lime Juice. The biryani, priced at 389, was excellent--perfectly cooked with the rich flavor of mutton, blending beautifully with the rice. Really loved it! The quantity is sufficient for one person and can also be shared by two. The lime juice, priced at 79, was average, with too much sugar. The atmosphere was great, and the customer service was a big plus. They give individual attention to every customer, which was very nice. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommended! Plus, they have good parking space.

Finally got to try the legendary Thalappakatti Biryani full of flavour and perfectly cooked! Each bite was rich, aromatic, and truly satisfying. The Drumstick Black Pepper Chicken and Moru Moru Prawn were packed with bold taste. Don't miss out on the Thalappakatti Special Mutton and Chicken Biryani ,absolute must haves!

Stopped here on our way to kodaikanal. Good parking facility but will give direction for parking outsider where there is space near the entrance. Ordered chicken and mutton biryani, veg meals. Regular mutton biryani was sold out so the ordered boneless. Disappointed with mutton quantity and sipcy veg meals. The chicken kalma was super good and the biryani spice top class. The service staff was very helpful.

This is on the bypass road. It was crowded. We ordered chicken and mutton biriyani but shocked to see only 4 pieces like chicken"65" . It was very expensive too nearly around 400rs. When my friend asked about it.. one guy gave 2 additional pieces to him. The biryani was too oily and not comfortable after eating there. There was no egg..when we asked they brought it. Poor service. Dont waste your money here.

Sorry to say that it was okay but I believe it was very delicious during early days of their startup which we missed it. Service, Ambience etc., was great. Bit expensive also...

Taste is good. Wanted to have biriyani from here. Good option for family dine out. Little pricey, quantity vise not so great. They serve in a thick base pot. But in Bangalore Thalappakatti, it's different, one biriyani was enough for 2 people. But here it's just enough for one person. But not bad. But you can have good time, good taste, good customer experience. Good parking bay, good place for break on a long drive. 1 chicken biriyani, pepper chicken and 2 lime juice was costing around 720

This outlet is conveniently located on the highway, making it easily accessible for travelers. The ambiance is pleasant, and the service is both prompt and courteous. The food maintains a consistently good taste, and the washrooms are clean and well-maintained.

Worst Place for Groups. Embarrassed 70 international Guests, who returned to this branch for the name Thalapakatti. Local People of Dinugal, this branch is a shame for Dindugal and Dindugal Thalapakkati's legacy.... * Kids went half stomach and dissatisfied. * No water in washroom to wash hands. * Promised dishes were refused in the last minute. * If Dindugal Thalapakatti has to fall, the only reason will be this branch and its Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr. RAVI.... Paid them above Rs.20,000 for one lunch session (7th April). Every penny paid is equal to throwing in garbage.
