Food, Ambience all good. But the Attender approach are unprofessional, ordering methods by phone: checking the menu, often gets hung, it is so Ridiculous. Better to have a menu card on the Table.

Great place for Ice cream lovers. They have multiple varieties along with nuts and dry fruits. The prices are according to the grams we purchase. For 100gms they charge .112/-. They also have cakes. Taste was very good.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. To begin with, the peri peri chips were excessively salty--so much so that they were practically inedible. This raises health concerns, especially for those monitoring their blood pressure. Furthermore, the level of service throughout the evening was unacceptable. We had to call the staff multiple times just to place an order, and it was evident that their attention was more focused on watching the cricket match than attending to customers. Additionally, I asked one of the staff members if cigarettes were available. Instead of checking properly, he replied that there was no stock without even speaking to the bar manager first. This lack of communication and unwillingness to assist customers is very disappointing. I normally don't complain, even when the service is subpar, but this experience was particularly frustrating and unacceptable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to improve your service standards.

We had a great time and we booked for a group lunch They served very neatly. The person served very well & was humble & polite. Thank you, Mr. Prakash & team He suggests good food & worth the price We are 25 members but mr.prakash he was the only person on the floor.Without any confusion he served perfectly with perfect food with our orders.. All these reviews might be from the people they know. The staff attitude is very rude and moreover this place charges twice on the MRP for beers. I didn't try other liquor, so I don't know much about it. Jenneys charges way less than this with better experience

Being a regular customer for the past 2 years , once again faced a Worst service forever . Each time you need to call the staffs for service . Staffs are very much interested in watching videos in phones rather than their job. Manager will attend you only if any issues raises or else he will be very busy in chatting. Never suggest anyone.. nowadays it has become worst place to go. Never try this

I visited Hide in Heaven Resto Bar expecting to enjoy a relaxing evening. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that whiskey was not available. As a customer, I expect a resto bar to maintain stock of commonly requested beverages such as whiskey. This unavailability significantly impacted my experience and was not in line with the level of service I had anticipated from your venue. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that such basic items are consistently available in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and what steps you are taking to prevent such occurrences going forward.
