Srinivasa Mess

Parota and others are OK. We had little bad experience in Gobi 65 in which masala was not soaked in Cauliflower. I would not recommend this particular dish. It seems like eating raw Cauliflower fried instantly with masala. Suppliers accepted but cashier didn't convinced to replace or return.

The first time we went here was during Lunch time. We asked for a Vegetarian option and they said only Paratha is available with Sambar. They have no Empathy towards the customer and they are borderline rude. The next day we had been here during breakfast and was served a Poori with Aalo masala stuffed inside the Poori. I'm attaching Pics of how my Poori was served. The waiter was on the phone talking to someone else while serving us food. Taste wise it's average. Just another restaurant type. In terms of Hospitality, they have a long way to go.

Taste is decent. The lady who is in the cash register shows much attitude to everyone, making the experience bad.

Ordered food for 110 old age people on behalf of a small kid's birthday. Think multiple times to choose this hotel for the following reasons: 1 Very poor customer service, 2 No proper direction in the hotel, and 3 Finally they prepared food for around 90 to 95 people 4 They didn't accept Online payment Don't prefer this hotel for the bulk orders. Even if you want to order bulk, plz confirm with them to provide sufficient quantity of rice, curries, sambhar, rasam, buttermilk and payasam before making payment. #UpdatedReview
