The variety of dishes was good, but the flavors felt repetitive due to an overpowering masala taste across multiple items. Some specific points of concern: Manja Paarai (Single & Big): The fish was fresh, but the seasoning was inconsistent. The salt was too low, making it taste a bit bland despite the masala coating. Nethili Chilly: The spice level was decent, but the dish had an excessive masala flavor that overshadowed the natural taste of the fish. A better balance of spices would enhance it. Dosai & Idly-Thatttu: These were fine, though they could be softer. The chutney and sambar lacked depth in flavor. Parotta: Well-layered and flaky, but it needed a bit more crispness. Fish Curry: The curry had a good consistency, but the masala was too strong, masking the actual fish flavor. Adjusting the spice balance would help. Chappathi: It was okay, but slightly dry. It would be better if it were softer. Omlet: The salt was on the higher side, making it overpowering. Reducing the salt level would improve the taste. Half Boil: Cooked well, but could benefit from a slight seasoning adjustment. Overall, the dominant masala flavor made many dishes taste similar. If the spice levels were balanced, and the salt levels adjusted correctly for each item, the experience would be much better.

Food taste is average and cost is too high here when compared to other places.

Hidden gem of CBE.. only one thing in my mind.. how do they provide this variety of tasty food for minimal cost... Simply top notch... They have sting ray fry -100rs, squid fry-100rs.. even parotta just 12 rs ..

I had 2 thatte idli cost around Rs 50 with fish kulambu , 1 prawn fry Rs 150, 1 aiyla Rs60, 1 leather jacket fish Rs 120 total was Rs 380 2 members ,prawn quantity was less little can be added ,better to have deep fry , rather going for tawa fry, fish kulambu was normal , aiyla was average taste , leather jacket fish was good taste size was small, overall taste was ok and rate should be budget friendly
