I'm from the UK , staying in the area of thiru where all the western tourists stay. I went to this restaurant twice (10 minutes on a scooter), ate chicken tandoori both times. Excellent food, great price and great service. Half tandoori chicken is 240 rps and big portion of jeera rice is 70 rps. Easily enough for 2 people. I've been to other tandoori restaurants which overcook the chicken. This place asks you how you want your chicken. I asked for not dry and it was cooked perfect. Great restaurant away from the tourist area.

Don't go by the looks of it. Just go and try the food. Excellent food. Prawns, biryanj, Dal fry everything. Just wow.
