Bamboo Hut Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Extremely disappointing experience - not worth the visit. I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. Right from the food to the service, everything fell short of expectations. I ordered a simple meal thinking it would at least be served properly, but even that was too much to ask for. To begin with, the white rice was served completely cold, which shows a lack of basic food quality standards. Serving cold rice not only affects the taste but also reflects poor kitchen management. It felt like the food had been sitting out for a while before it reached our table. Even more frustrating was the egg noodles I ordered. It was supposed to be a simple, straightforward dish, but to my surprise, there was no egg in the egg noodles. It was misleading and completely unacceptable. If you're charging for an item, at least ensure it has what's promised in the name. On top of the food quality issues, the overall atmosphere and service were not up to the mark. There was no courtesy from the staff to even check if everything was okay, or to offer any solution when we pointed out the missing egg. It felt like customer feedback didn't matter to them at all. I walked in expecting a decent meal and walked out disappointed, feeling like I wasted both my time and money. This restaurant really needs to improve its food quality, accuracy in orders, and overall customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place and will certainly not be visiting again.

Very higiene and quality food around this region. ambience are impressive. Compared to other unhygienic hotels around poondi madha temple. This guys hostly take care of quality of food

A good place to eat as there are no restaurant near this is the only best option

Adipoli Biriyani I would say this is one of the Best Biriyani I've Tasted so far. And I almost forgot to mention their Inji Tea Worth the drive all the way to Thirukatuppalli... Taste Cleanliness Service VFM

I had a chance to have a Vegetarian Tamil Lunch , there were only two side dishes there was sand and stones in it . Poor quality rice , table was dirty and it is not advisable

First time in (Bamboo hut) and YOU have to go! It's the cutest little spot with amazing food. Food is pretty good and for their prices it's 100% worth it. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Liked: Food, Service, Atmosphere
