Bombay Sweets

Not a good experience, AC is not even working and not even bothered to provide an alternative option like fans. Customer handling is not to the expectations. Service person don't have a clue on time taken to prepare the dish and order of items not maintained. It's a sweat experience than a sweet experience here today. If you dine and also want need a takeaway aswell, you are asked to get a separate bill and need to stand in queue after your dine in. Not customer friendly. Improvement required in so many areas. Home the management look in to these!!! Washrooms were not cleaned and in horrible state !

I was browsing for sweets and suddenly the sales girl asked what do you want, I informed her let me decide.later I opted for Paalkova and asked for the price and she informed 250gms-130 firstly I thought ok and within fractions of seconds I made my mind to change it for 100 gms only.when I informed the staff she said we have already billed and we cannot cancel, I said no I don't want that quantity then she slammed the sweet box on the table hard.I was shocked.. come on we are not enemy's so early,atleast treat your customers nicely.there is something called customer service.Management please work on your customer service part. I was really disappointed and embarrassed by your staff.

Awesome interior I have visited this earlier which was an ordinary hotel but now the interior design is amazing. But the hand wash place needs a dedicated cleaner. It was watery for more time. Dishes are awesome. Much more varieties. Pizzas and burgers are also available. Little late in serving but taste is good. This looks like a star hotel both by the interior look and the price of dishes No parking for 4 wheelers. So kindly prefer bike to visit this place else you have to park your vehicle on road side either near to hotel or far away.

Food is amazing.but very less seating arrangements.suppliers are unprofessional.

This place has one of the best sweets in Thanjavur. Their ashoka halwa and chandrakala are a must try! I went right before diwali, and despite all the rush, the service was personalized.

I had more expectations as i don't much visit Thanjavur if I visit I used to have dinner at Bombay sweets as this was my first restaurant where I tried basundi and loved it now it seems that the food while preparing for a larger crowd they were unable to maintain the taste and it depends on the day when you are having it would be better they maintain quality of the food.

It was very horrible to have the service at Bombay sweets since when I visited to home town after long time, i wanted to take a better dining experience. Where as I could reach Bombay sweets but finally it was like i should never visit again here. They didnot clean the table and remove old water tumbler even after i informed. When I Ask for menu item they simply say not available for that they said no reason or alternative. I'm really don't know whether it was really not available. In general, i never mind these mistakes and put reviews but here no one to hear to our feedback. When I convey this to cashier, his reaction was half minded. So that I wanted to take this to management via this reviews. I wish to highlight to management you have reputation of several years in service, invested lot of money but you have to see customer experience which ultimately fail here and this will lead to fall of business. Please look these issues to avoid such situations. Your team service is Zero (0) as there is no option like that i have mentioned One star.

Bombay sweets special thali and North indian thali. Cheap and best. And the awesome thing is , the vegetable curry they make is so authentic like homestyle. You cant be disappointed if you are a food lover or a normal passerby. You really gonna re enjoy the food. Sometimes you can get surprise free orders ( it happened with me, somebody ordered badam milk for me, So loving generous even the customers as well )
