The infrastructure gives a nice old school feels. Unassuming and real authentic. The service was excellent food was simple tasty and home made. A hidden gem truly. Very close to brihadeeswara and tanjore palace.

This is one of the oldest hotels in town, offering good food and a nice atmosphere. I tried their rava dosa and coffee, and both were great However, my experience was ruined by the behavior of one staff member who served the food. He was extremely rude and spoiled the entire mood of our meal. It felt like he was under some kind of influence, which was quite disappointing. Aside from that, the rest of the staff were polite, and everything else was fine.

This is one of the oldest restaurants of Thanjavur. Snack is really good, button pakoda and ashoga are their signature snacks. They have a wide range of idli, dosas. Chutney and sambar are so good. Ambience remembers our old home style.parking is little harder hence its a small road.

Nice food, ambience and service. Would be good if they can add Methu Vada for evening.

Visited this Hotel on 17 & 18 Feb 25. Hotel is less than a km from Tajnavur famous Brigadeswara temple. started in 1974 and run by family members.Though the hotel is in a old big house, one will feel comfortable and have a feel of how olden days hotels were, with wooden chairs. Serving staff especially Mr.Rajan, serves with his heartful friendly smile. quick in service,makes the visitors comfortable this adds more taste to the food served. A nice experience.

As rated this hotel not deserve for 4 star rating.. taste and food Just OK TYPE of hotel. Morning breakfast taken Pongal n Poori its OK TYPE. Lunch is NOT OK TYPE .. Management should take care of cittumuunyci waiters.
