Food taste are so good and prices are affordable. Food served very fast with less waiting time. The quantity was also good. Kumaresh who was taking order was so friendly and ensure by asking multiple time is all the food good on what ever we ordered. It's a must try restaurant.
When i visited February 1 week 2025 they had good service, due to an increase in customers. They forgot to treat customers properly. Showing busy attitudes by supervisors and some servers doing good but not all. If you don't treat customers as king your reputation will run away soon.
Great place to dine. Food tastes equal or better than A2B, Thanjavur. The waiter, Mr Kumaresan made our dining experience better. Table service is order of magnitude better than A2B Thanjavur. Other A2B restaurants are too good in food quality, taste, and , service as well except for Thanjavur A2B.
We are from Chennai and as suggested by our tourist person ( johnson), had food in Sree Akshyam and our review is as follows. Tonight we had dinner in the hotel. The ambience was very good . The Service level was exemplary. Service person Murugesan was very cordial and went thru menu in detail and suggested . The food was good and tasty . Overall experience was very good .
The food tastes good, but the service was terrible. It was crowded during lunch time, and there weren't enough staff to serve the food. I complained at the cash counter, but the cashier said they couldn't do anything because they were focused on making money, not on customer satisfaction.
Worst ever service . I went there just me alone they used my table as storing place no one came for taking order untill i call reception after 20 mins . No one came to service even i went and paid the bill. No proper response from reception guy . Go with a rich look they will treat you nicely
Can have delicious food with courtesy. Car parking available. At a time 15 cars can be parked. Nice hotel.
First of all the cleanliness... this restaurant does not care about the cleanliness for the food being served... I mean, why do you keep the sides open on the table, what if someone sneezes over the table? The glasses were dirty and were forced to buy mineral water bottles for the same...
